ՀՀԿ-ն նոյեմբերի 1-ից կսկսի ակտիվ քարոզչությունը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը նոյեմբերի 1-ին կսկսի սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանրաքվեի ակտիվ քարոզչությունը: Այս մասին հոկտեմբերի 28-ին Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար, հանրաքվեի ՀՀԿ շտաբի պետի տեղակալ Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը: «Մինչևայդ վերջնական կհստակեցվի կուսակցության քարոզչությանժամանակացույցը, նոյեմբերի 1-ին կուսակցությունը կանցնի արդենակտիվ քարոզչական աշխատանքների: Հանրապետականն այ ժմ աշխատում է քարոզչական տեքստի, պաստառների պատրաստմանվրա, 2-3 օր հետո պատրաստ կլինի և՛ լոգոն, և՛ կարգախոսը: ՀՀԿ-նօգտագործելու է քարոզչական բոլոր միջոցները, որ մատչելի ձևովժողովրդին բացատրի, թե ինչ են իրենցից ներկայացնելուսահմանադրÕ �կան փոփոխությունները»,- նշեց Բաղդասարյանը:
Հարցին` արդյո՞ք ՀՀԿ շտաբում ընդգրկված պաշտոնյաներն օգտագործելու են ադմինիստրատիվ և վերահսկողական լծակներ քարևոզչության «այո»-ն ապահովելու համար, Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը պատասխանեց, որ ոչ ոք իր լծակները չի օգտագործելու: «Մենք պետք է այնպես կազմակերպենք հանրաքվեն, որ խոցելի կողմ չլինի, քանի որ այս պրոցեսին հետևում է ողջ միջազգային հանրությունը»,- ասաց Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը՝ հավելելով, որ քարոզչության մեջ ընդգրկված պաշտոնյաներն իրենց աշխատանքից հետո են զբաղվելու քարոզչական աշխատանքներով, և եթե որևէ մեկը ծանրաբեռնված կլինի ու չ ի հասցնի, այդ հարցն էլ կքննարկեն շտաբում:
Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանին զարմացնում են խոսակցություններն այն մասին, որ շտաբում ընդգրկված պաշտոնյաներից կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ ՀՀԿ-ն կիրառելու է վարչական և վերահսկողական լծակներ: «Հանրապետականն իր առջև խնդիր չի դրել կիրառել վարչական լծակներ, միայն կազմակերպչական նպատակներ է իր առջև դրել: Որևէ մեկը իր մասնագիտությունը կամ պաշտոնը չի կիրառելու քարոզարշավի ժամանակ, նրանք հանդես են գալու որպես կուսակցության շտաբի անդամներ»,- մանրամասնեց ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավարը:
ՀՀ նախագահին առընթեր սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների մասնագիտական հանձնաժողովը 2015թ. հանրության դատին ներկայացրեց սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հայեցակարգը, որի հիման վրա բազմաթիվ քննարկումների և հանդիպումների արդյունքում մշակվեց և Ազգային ժողով ներկայացվեց սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նախագիծը: Ազգային ժողովը ձայների 104 կողմ, 12 դեմ և 5 ձեռնպահ հարաբերակցությամբ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նախագիծը հանրաքվեի դնելու որոշում ընդունեց: ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրամանագրով սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանրաքվեն տեղի կունեÕ �ա 2015թ. դեկտեմբերի 6-ին:
