Մի քանի օր պլաստմասե շշերի մեջ պահած ջուր ենք խմում, ո՞նց կլինի

Արմավիրի մարզի Կողբավան համայնքում խմելու ջուր չկա։ Կողբավանի բնակիչները սեփական համայնքում իրենց անտեսված են համարում։ Այստեղ ջրագիծ չկա գյուղի հիմնադրման օրից: Ամենամոտ աղբյուրը, որտեղ կողբավանցիները ջրի են գնում, հարևան Երվանդաշատ համայնքն է: Աղբյուրը 15 կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա է գտնվում:
«21–րդ դարում մարդիկ ջուր են կրում, ո՞վ է տեսել այսպիսի պայմաններ: Մեր օրը պատկերացնելի չէ, առավոտվանից իրիկուն ջրի ճանապարհին ենք։ Շոգին, ցրտին ու անձրևին գնում ենք աղբյուրը, գալիս։ Ջրի ճանապարհին առողջություններս կորցրել ենք»,– «Փաստ» օրաթերթի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում բողոքեցին կողբավանցիները:
Գյուղացիները հավաքվում են՝ ավտոմեքենա վարձում ու մի քանի օրվա համար ջուր են համայնք հասցնում: Այդ ջուրն էլ, սակայն, երկարժամանակ տարաներում պահելուց հետո խմելու համար պիտանի չի լինում:
«Մենք էդ ջուրն էնքան ենք պահում, օգտագործում, մինչև հաջորդ շաբաթ նորից ջրի գնանք։ Պատկերացնում եք՝ մի քանի օր պլաստմասե շշերի մեջ պահած ջուր ենք խմում, ո՞նց կլինի»,– դժգոհեցին նրանք:
Ժամանակին համայնքապետարանը փորձում էր խնդիրը կարգավորել: Ջուր էր գնում և բնակիչներին բաժանում: 3 ամիս առաջ դադարել են ջուր գնել: Համայնքի ղեկավար Սերոբ Սերոբյանի խոսքով՝ ֆինանսական խնդիրների պատճառով չեն կարողանում օգնել գյուղացիներին: Այստեղ նաև դպրոց չի գործում: Երեխաները հարևան համայնքի դպրոց են հաճախում: Նրանց ճանապարհածախսն են հոգում:
«Բյուջե չունենք, որտեղի՞ց ջուր բերենք: Գյուղապետարանը 10 օրը մեկ «ցիստերներով» ջուր էր բերում, բաժանում: Գյուղը փոքր է, բյուջեն չի լցվում: Դպրոց չունենք, էդ երեխեքին մեր հաշվին ենք Վանանդ գյուղի դպրոց ուղարկում»,– ներկայացրեց նա:
Կողբավանում 167 բնակիչ կա հաշվառված, բայց նրանցից ոչ բոլորն են բնակվում: Շատերը ժամանակավոր են բնակություն հաստատում: Գյուղատնտեսական շրջանն ավարտվելուց հետո հեռանում են:
«Ոռոգման ջրի հետ գալիս են ու ջուրը կտրելուց հետո էլ գնում: Հող են մշակում, ձմեռը գնում են: Մի երկու տուն էլ կգնան Արմավիր քաղաք, բայց գարունը կգան»,– փոխանցեց Սերոբյանը:
Գյուղի մեկ այլ բնակիչ նեղսրտում է մթերային խանութի բացակայությունից. «Մի բան առնելու համար պետք ա կամ հասնենք Վանանդ գյուղ, կամ Հոկտեմբերյան։ Ընենց է լինում, որ տանը մի բան է պակաս լինում, դրա համար Հոկտեմբերյան ենք հասնում, ստիպված հարևաններով մեր ունեցած ուտելիքն իրար մեջ բաժանում ենք»:
Համայնքի ղեկավարը տեղեկացրեց, որ խնդիրների մասին քաջատեղյակ են և՛ մարզպետարանում, և՛ կառավարությունում, առայժմ կողբավանցիների խնդիրներից որևէ մեկը դեռ չի լուծվել:
