Վարդան Արամյանը վտանգված է համարում բյուջեի հաշվին ոչ արդյունավետ աշխատատեղեր պահող երկրների ապագան

Հայաստանի ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը հանրային հատվածում աշխատատեղերի վերանայման անհրաժեշտություն է տեսնում: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նախարարն ընդգծեց, որ ներկայում Հայաստանում հանրային հատվածում 426 հազար մարդ է աշխատում, ովքեր սնվում են պետական բյուջեից՝ նկատելով, որ հարց է առաջանում՝ արդյոք ադեկվա՞տ է բյուջեի հաշվին այդքան աշխատողներ պահել:
«Երբ մենք գնում ենք օպտիմալացման, սկսում են մեզ քննադատել: Իմ պարզ պատասխանը հետևյալն է: Ես բերում եմ ֆինանսների նախարարության օրինակը: Մենք ֆինանսների նախարարությունում վերանայել ենք ոչ թե մարդկանց, այլ աշխատատեղը, թե այդ աշխատատեղն ինչ հավելյալ արդյունք է ապահովում հանրության համար և ադեկվա՞տ է, որ այդ աշխատատեղը սնվի մեր հարկատուների հաշվին: Արդյունքը եղել է այն, որ մենք հասկացել ենք, որ ադեկվատ չէ, քանի որ այդ աշխատատեղը տնտեսության համար հավելյալ արժեք չի ապահովել»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց նա:
Նա հավելեց, որ ֆինանսների նախարարության ներքո զուտ սոցիալական խնդիր լուծելու համար աշխատատեղ պահելը կարող է խիստ վտանգավոր լինել: Նախարարի գնահատմամբ՝ վտանգավոր է այն երկրների ապագան, որոնք բյուջեի հաշվին պահում են ոչ արդյունավետ աշխատատեղեր: «Այո, մենք գնալու ենք վերանայումների ճանապարհով: Իսկ թե ինչ ենք անելու, որպեսզի այդ վերանայումների արդյունքում աշխատանքից ազատված անձինք աշխատանք գտնել, մենք կապիտալ ծախսեր ենք անելու, գործիքակազմ ենք տալու, որպեսզի մասնավորը ներդրումների անի: Այսօր իրականում ունենք դրական տենդենց: Զբաղվածությունը Ազգային վիճակագրության ծառայության տվյալներով այս տարվա երկրորդ եռամսյակում շուրջ 40 հազարով աճել է նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի նկատմամբ»,- եզրափակեց Արամյանը:
