ՀՀ միջպետական ճանապարհներում ձնաբքի ժամանակ մարդկանց և տրանսպորտային միջոցների անվտանգ երթևեկությունն ապահովելու, անվտանգ տարածք տեղափոխելու, վարորդներին և ուղևորներին անհետաձգելի օգնություն ցուցաբերելու համար սկսվել է առաջնային օգնության հենակետերի տեղադրման գործընթացը, փոխանցում են ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ից::

Արագ և արդյունավետ օգնություն ցուցաբերելու նպատակով ՀՀ Վայոց ձորի, Սյունիքի, Գեղարքունիքի, Տավուշի և Լոռու մարզերում կծավալվեն ժամանակավոր հենակետեր: Շարժական հենակետերում շուրջօրյա ծառայություն կիրականացնեն փրկարարները, ովքեր ձյան մեջ արգելափակված քաղաքացիներին հրատապ օգնություն կցուցաբերեն՝ տրամադրելով տաք սնունդ և առաջին բուժօգնություն:

Շուրջօրյա հենակետերը կծավալվեն՝

• Վայոց ձորի մարզի Եղեգնաձոր քաղաքից մինչև «Զանգեր» կոչվող հատվածում,

• Սյունիքի մարզի «Զանգեր» կոչվող հատվածից մինչև Գորիս քաղաք ընկած հատվածում և Շուրնուխ գյուղի հատվածում,

• Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վարդենյանց լեռնանցքում, Սոթք-Քարվաճառ ավտոճանապարհին, Ճամբարակ-Բերդ ավտոճանապարհին (Գեղարքունիքի մարզի հատվածում)

• Տավուշի մարզի Բերդ-Ճամբարակ ավտոճանապարհին (Տավուշի մարզի հատվածում), Դիլիջանի ոլորաններում, Կիրանց-Ոսկեպար ավտոճանապարհին

• Լոռու մարզի Սպիտակի ոլորաններում

Հենակետերի տեղանքի ընտրությունը քննարկվել է մարզային փրկարարական վարչության պետերի հետ, որոշում է կայացվել վրանները ծավալել ձնաբքի, մերկասառույցի, արգելափակման իմաստով ամենավտանգավոր հատվածներում: Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում նախարարությունը պատրաստ է նման վրաններ ծավալել նաև մյուս մարզերում:
