 Իրանի ժողովրդի համար հայ ժողովուրդը հյուր կամ երկրորդ կարգի քաղաքացի չէ, այլ իրանցի, ում իրավունքները և արժեքները պետք է հարգվեն:

Լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման դիտարկում արեց ՀՀ-ում ԻԻՀ դեսպանատան մշակույթի հարցերով խորհրդական ՄաջիդՄեշքին:

Հովհաննես Թումանյանի թանգարանում հոկտեմբերի 29-ին կկայանա «Հայկական ճարտարապետությունն Իրանում» խորագրով ցուցահանդեսի բացումը, որտեղ կցուցադրվեն  Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության տարածքում գտնվող հայկական պատմա-ճարտարապետական կոթողների ավելի քան 50 մեծադիր լուսանկարներ, արձանագրություններ և չափագրումներ, որոնք ձեռք են բերվել Հայկական ճարտարապետությունն ուսումնասիրող (ՀՃՈւ) հիմնադրամի իրականացրած հետազոտության ժամանակ:

Իրանցի պաշտոնյայի խոսքով՝ Իրանում բարձր են գնահատում հայերի ավանդը:«Հայերը մեծ ներդրում ունեն Իրանի զարգացման գործում, և բացմաթիվ կոթողներ են ստեղծվել հայ ճարտարապետների ձեռքով: Այս ցուցահանդեսը նաև մեր երկրին նրանց մատուցած ծառայությունը ցույց տալու միջոց է»,- ասաց խորհրդականը՝ հավելելով, որ Իրանի և Հայաստանի հարաբերությունները օրինակելի են մյուս երկրների համար:

Իրանի կառավարությունը հայտ է ներկայացրել և ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի համաշխարհային ժառանգության ցանկում ընդգրկել Իրանի հյուսիսում գտնվող պատմամշակութային մեծ արժեք ունեցող Սուրբ Թադևոս հայկական վանքային համալիրը (կառուցման թվականը վերագրվում է 4-6-րդ դարերին), 9-րդ դարի Սուրբ Ստեփանոս վանքը և  ժամանակակից Իրանի տարածքի Արևմտյան Ատրպատական նահանգում գտնվող Ծոր-ծոր կամ Ձոր-ձոր հայկական վանքը:  Մաջիդ Մեշքինի խոսքով՝ դեսպանատունն այժմ համագործակցում է ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության հետ ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի համաշխարհային ժառանգության ցուցակում Երևանի Կապույտ մզկիթն ընդգրկելու համար:

Հայկական ճարտարապետությունն ուսումնասիրող հիմնադրամի նախագահ Սամվել Կարապետյանն իր հերթին նշեց, որ ցուցադրվելու են պաշտպանական, արտադրական, կրոնական բնույթի կառույցներ, կամուրջներ և բնակավայրեր, որտեղ հայը արարել և ստեղծագործել է: «Նպատակ  ունենք նման ցուցադրություն կազմակերպել նաև Թեհրանում և այլ քաղաքներում և մշտական ցուցադրության  հանել Երևանի Կապույտ մզկիթում»,- ասաց Կարապետյանը:

Հուշրաձանագետի խոսքով՝ Իրանի տարածքում գտնվող հայ ճարտարապետության հնագույն հուշարձանները գտնվում են պատմական հայրենիքի գավառներում: «Գաղթավայրերում հին հուշարձաններ չունենք: Մեծ մասը կառուցվել է սկսած 17-րդ դարասկզբից: Այս տարի վերականգնվել է Արաքսի ափին, Նախիջևանի դեմ դիմաց գտնվող Հին Ջուղայի եկեղեցիներից մեկը: Այս առումով Իրանը եզակի հարևան է ՀՀ համար»,- նշեց Կարապետյանը:
