Գեղարքունիքի մարզում անցկացվեց հակամանրէային դեղորայքի օգտագործման եւ շաքարային դիաբետի դեմ արդյունավետ բուժման վերաբերյալ իրազեկում

ՀՀ Առողջապահության նախարարության եւ Գեղարքունիքի Մարզպետարանի առողջապահության եւ սոցիալական ապահովության վարչության նախաձեռնությամբ շարունակվում են հանկամանրէային դեղորայքի ճիշտ օգտագործման վերաբերյալ իրազեկման աշխատանքները:

«Արմենպրես»-ի տեղեկացմամբ՝ Գավառի բժշկական կենտրոնում կազմակերպվեց հերթական դասընթացը՝ «Հակամանրէային դեղորայքի կողմնակի ազդեցությունները եւ ներհիվանդանոցային վարակների կանխարգելումը» թեմայով: Դասընթացին մասնակցեցին դեղագետներ, մասնավոր դեղատների ցանցի աշխատակիցներ, առողջապահական հիմնարկների ավագ բուժքույրեր: Հանդիպման ընթացքում խոսվեց հակամանրէային դեղերի առաջացած բարդությունների, ինչպես նաեւ, ՀՀ կառավարության որոշման համաձայն, հակաբիոտիկների դուրս գրման նոր ընթացակարգի մասին:

«Ջերմության, հազի, փորլուծության, գրիպի եւ մրսածության դեպքերում ինքնաբուժման նպատակով հակաբիոտիկների օգտագործումը խստիվ արգելվում է, քանի որ հակաբիոտիկների անհիմն ու ոչ ճիշտ օգտագործելու կամ բուժումն ընդհատելու հետեւանքով զարգանում է դրանց նկատմամբ կայունություն , ուստի բուժումը դառնում է անարդյունավետ, ինչպես նաեւ մեծանում է բարդությունների թիվը»,-կարեւորեցին օրվա մի շարք բանախոսներ:

Դասընթացի մասնակիցները դիտեցին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության կողմից պատրաստված տեսանյութը, այնուհետ իրազեկվեցին նաեւ ներհիվանդանոցային վարակների կանխարգելման վերաբերյալ: Ապա նրանց բաժանվեցին «Հակաբիոտիկները կիրառել պատշաճ» խորագրով բրոշյուրներ: «Իրազեկման գործընթացն այս թեմայի շուրջ լինելու է հաճախակի, ամենատարբեր խողովակներով, մանավանդ որ առջեւում ձմռան ամիսներն են, որոնք նպաստավոր են սուր շնչառական հիվանդությունների տարածման ու զարգացման համար»,-ներկայացրեց Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի առողջապահության եւ սոցիալական ապահովության վարչության պետ Անուշ Պողոսյանը:

Գավառի ԲԿ-ում անցկացվեց նաեւ «Նախասրտերի ֆիբրիլացիա» թեմայով դասընթաց, որտեղ մարզի բժիշկների համար կարդացվեցին սիրտ-անոթային խնդիրների, սրտային ախտահարումների, շաքարային դիաբետի, թեմային բնորոշ տարբեր հետազոտությունների արդյունքների վերաբերյալ դասախոսություններ:

Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի առողջության եւ սոցիալական ապահովության վարչության պետը հանդիպման ընթացքում խոսեց շաքարային դիաբետի հետ կապված մարզի համաճարակաբանական աշխատանքներից, ներկայացրեց արդիական բուժման գործիքները եւ տարբեր հետազոտությունների արդյունքներ:

Ապա մարզի առաջնային օղակի բժիշկների համար «Նախասրտերի ֆիբրիլացիա» թեմայով դասընթացը ներկայացրեց մայրաքաղաքի «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ առիթմալոգիայի ծառայության ղեկավարը: Նրա խոսքերով՝ «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ-ը մարզերում հաճախակի է կազմակերպում այսօրինակ հանդիպումներ:

Արդյունքում՝ բժիշկների հետ քննարկվում են սրտաբանության եւ առիթմալոգիայի հետ կապված արդիական հարցեր: Հանդիպման ավարտին, Անուշ Պողոսյանը մարզի առաջնային օղակի բժիշկներին եւս մեկ անգամ հորդորեց, որ շաքարային դիաբետով հիվանդների համար նախատեսված դեղորայքի պակաս մարզում չի զգացվում, ուստի այս թեմայով առաջացած հարցերի դեպքում մշտապես պետք է նրանք կապ հաստատեն մարզպետարանի հետ՝ տեղում ծագած խնդիրներն անմիջապես կարգավորելու համար:
