ԵՄ-ՀՀ համաձայնագրին ընդառաջ` դիմում ՀՀ իշխանություններին` ազատել բոլոր քաղբանտարկյալներին

Հանուն Հայաստան Պետության ճակատը հանդես է եկել ԵՄ-ՀՀ համաձայնագրի վերաբերյալ հայտարարությամբ, որում մասնավորապես ասվում է.
«Ս.թ. նոյեմբերի վերջին Բրյուսելում կայանալիք ԵՄ Արևելյան գործընկերության գագաթաժողովի օրերին, Հայաստանի և Եվրամիության միջև նախատեսվում է ստորագրել «Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագիրը»:
Հանուն Հայաստան Պետության ճակատը ողջունում է համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը և հույս հայտնում, որ համաձայնագրի գործադրումը հնարավորություն կտա Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին հասնելու Հայաստանի իրական ժողովրդավարացմանը, կնպաստի Հայաստանում մարդու իրավունքներն ու հիմնարար ազատությունները հարգելուն ու պաշտպանելուն:
Վստահ ենք, որ Հայաստանով հետաքրքրված Եվրամիության մեր գործընկերները քաջատեղյակ են, որ Հայաստանում իշխանության ձևավորման գործընթացը ոչ մի աղերս չունի ժողովրդավարության եվրոպական չափանիշների հետ, որ երկրի անկախացումից ի վեր, երբևէ իշխանափոխություն տեղի չի ունեցել ընտրությունների միջոցով և երկրում հաստատվել է ավտորիտար կառավարման համակարգ ու այդ համակարգով գործող ռեժիմ. այդ պատճառով էլ հանրային ընդվզումներին Հայաստանի իշխանությունները մշտապես արձագանքել են այլախոհների քաղաքական հետապնդումներով, բանտերը լցնելով քաղբանտարկյալներով: Այժմ էլ շինծու մեղադրանքներով ու պատվիրված դատավճիռներով բանտերում են մի քանի տասնյակ քաղբանտարկյալներ: Բազմիցս ենք ականատես լինում, թե ինչպես են մարդիկ հաճախ բանտերում խոշտանգվում, իսկ վերջերս դա տեղի էր ունենում նույնիսկ դատարանում, դատի ժամանակ, դատավարության սենյակի նկուղում:
Հուսով ենք, որ համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը լրացուցիչ հնարավորություններ կընձեռի Եվրամիության կառույցներին ինչպես ավելի խիստ պահանջներ դնելու Հայաստանի ներկայիս ապօրինի իշխանությունների առջև, համաձայնագրում նշված ուղղություններով իրական առաջընթաց ապահովելու համար, այնպես էլ զգալի, գործուն ու բազմակողմանի աջակցություն ցուցաբերել այդ նպատակով պայքարող ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին:
Համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը կարևորում ենք նաև այն պատճառով, որ սերտացող համագործակցությունը Եվրամիության հետ հնարավորություն կընձեռի փոքր-ինչ հավասարակշռել բացառապես մեծապետական, նեոգաղութացմանն ուղղված արտաքին ճնշումների ու պատվերների ներքո ձևավորվող՝ օրվա իշանությունների արտաքին քաղաքականությունը:
Հաշվի առնելով առաջիկայում ստորագրվելիք համաձայնագրի փաստը, չակնկալելով ողջամիտ արձագանք, այնուամենայնիվ դիմում ենք ՀՀ գործող իշխանություններին, բոլոր քաղաքական բանտարկյալներին անհապաղ ազատ արձակելու հորդոր-կոչ-պահանջով՝ հանուն Հայաստան պետության:
