Ի՞նչ է անելու Ռուբիկ Հակոբյանը քարոզարշավի ժամանակ

«Ժառանգություն» կուսակցությունից դուրս եկած Ռուբեն Հակոբյանը հանրաքվեի քարոզարշավ անելու նպատակով մտադիր է օգտվել նոյեմբերի 6-ից մեկնարկող անվճար եթերաժամից: Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նա տեղեկացրեց, որ չի պատրաստվում ընդգրկվել որևէ քարոզչական շտաբում: Խոսելով հնարավոր համագործակցության մասին՝ ասաց, որ «համագործակցությունը հարաբերական հասակցողություն է»: Ըստ նրա՝ հնարավոր համագործակցությունը սովորաբար առաջանում է քարոզի ընթացքում:
«Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է քարոզչության շտաբին, ապա ես դա ձևավորել եմ 20 տարի առաջ, երբ դեռ այն ժամանակ խոսում էի 100 տոկոս համամասնական ընտրակարգին անցնելու անհրաժեշտության մասին»,- հիշեց Հակոբյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այն ժամանակ քչերն էին կիսում իր տեսակետը, սակայն դրական համարեց այն, որ այս պահին 100 տոկոս համամասնական ընտրակարգի գաղափարն ունի շատ կողմնակիցներ:
Պատասխանելով հարցին, թե որն է լինելու Հակոբյանի կարևոր «մեսիջը», որը պետք է հղի ընտրողներին, պատգամավորն արձագանքեց, որ թե´ «այո»-ի, թե «ո´չ»-ի ճակատներում կան մարդիկ, որոնց քարոզը վերածվում է հակաքարոզչության:
«Նախ՝ քարոզչությունը պետք է լինի համեմատության մեջ, եթե «ո´չ» ենք ասում, նշանակում է պետք է ասել, թե ինչու է այս Սահմանադրությունն ավելի լավը, քան նոր Սահմանադրությունը, մյուս կողմից՝ երբ ասում են դրականի մասին, պետք է ավելացնեն, թե ինչն է դրական է, քան այն ինչ գործում է, այսինքն՝ պետք է տեղի ունենա պրոֆեսիոնալ զրույց»,- մեկնաբանեց պատգամավորը՝ նշելով, որ անձամբ դեմ է «այո և վերջ» կամ «ոչ և վերջ» սկզբունքին:
Պատգամավորի դիտարկմամբ՝ հաճախ տարբեր ճակատների ներկայացուցիչների հայտարարությունից երևում է, որ նրանք ամբողջությամբ ծանոթ չեն նախագծի տեսքին կամ լավ չեն պատկերացնում, իսկ ինքը կողմնակից է առողջ և կառուցողական բանավեճին:
