 ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկը տեղեկացնում է, որ հոկտեմբերի 28-ին ԱՄՆ դոլարի փոխարժեքը կազմել է 471.86 դրամ՝ նախորդ օրվա համեմատ աճելով 0.45 դրամով:  «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` եվրոյի փոխարժեքն աճել է 0.78 դրամով և կազմել 521.41 դրամ, բրիտանական ֆունտի փոխարժեքը նվազել է 0.40 դրամով և կազմել 722.18 դրամ: Իսկ ռուսական ռուբլու փոխարժեքը նվազել է 0.11 դրամով և կազմել 7.29 դրամ: 

Թանկարժեք մետաղների գները սահմանվել են՝ արծաթը 239.7 դրամ, ոսկին` 17 հազար 684.43 դրամ, պլատինը` 15 հազար 3.77 դրամ:
