Երեկ կայացել է ՌԴ նախագահին կից ջերմաէներգետիկ համալիրի զարգացման և էկոլոգիական անվտանգության հանձնաժողովի նիստը:

Նիստի ընթացքում Վլադիմիր Պուտինն անդրադարձել է արտաքին առևտրի փոխհաշվարկներում ռուսական ռուբլու դերի ուժեղացմանն ուղղված համալիր քայլերին: Դրանց թիրախում է նաև ջերմաէներգետիկ համալիրի արտադրանքը:

Ազգային արժույթների կիրառումը առևտրական գործարքներում ավելացնելու նպատակով, ՌԴ նախագահը առաջարկել է գործարքները կատարել ռուբլով:

Այս ամենը վերաբերում է բացառապես միջպետական գործարքներին, և խոսքը չի գնում ԵՏՄ շրջանակներում միասնական արժույթի անցնելուն:

Հատկանշական է, որ մի քանի շաբաթ առաջ ՀՀ գործադիր մարմնի ղեկավար Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը ԵՏՄ անդամ երկրների վարչապետների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հանդես եկավ ԵՏՄ երկրներում ազգային արժույթներով փոխհաշվարկների իրականացման և ռազմավարական ապրանքների առևտրում ռուբլու անցման վերաբերյալ առաջարկությամբ:

Վարչապետի առաջարկը շահավետ է Ռուսաստանից ներմուծվող ռազմավարական ապրանքների դիմաց ռուբլով վճարելու առումով:

Հայաստանը պետք է արագացնի Ռուսաստանի հետ փոխադարձ հաշվարկների անցումը ռուբլով և ոչ միայն էներգակիրների՝ բնական գազի, նավթամթերքների, հարստացված ուրանի, այլ նաև հացահատիկի, ալյումինի հումքի, ադամանդի և այլ ներմուծվող պատրաստի ապրանքների և հումքային արտադրանքների համար:

Ընդանուր առմամբ խոսքը վերաբերում է մոտ 1 մլրդ. դոլլար արտարժույթին, որի մնալը Հայաստանում բխում է մեր շահերից:
