ՌԴ, Իրանի և Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարարներն Անթալիայում պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերել Սիրիաի հետ կապված բոլոր հարցերի շուրջ

Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի և Թոըրքիայի ԱԳ նախարարներ Սերգեյ Լավրովը, Մոհամադ Ջավադ Զարիֆը և Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուն նոյեմբերի 19-ին Անթալիայում կայացած բանակցությունների ընթացքում պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերել բոլոր առանցքային հարցերի շուրջ։ Այս մասին հանդիպման արդյունքներին նվիրված լրագրողներին հետ հանդիպմանը հայտնել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը։

«Մենք հավաքվել էինք երեք երկրների նախագահների նոյեմբերի 22-ին Սոչիում կայանալիք հանդիպման նախապատրաստման որոշակի հարցեր քննարկելու համար,- հայտնել է Լավրովը։- Աշխատանքը շատ օգտակար է եղել, պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերել բոլոր առանցքային հարցերի շուրջ»։

«Մեր նախագահներին զեկուցելու ենք մեր այն բանի գնահատականները, թե ինչպես շարժվել առաջ, ինչպես ամրապնդել գործընթացը, որը կոչվում է Աստանայի գործընթաց և որը պետք է ստեղծի առավելագույնս բարենպաստ այն բանի համար, որպեսզի Ժնևի գործընթացը վերջապես ձեռք բերի այն խնդիրների ինչ-ին գործուն պայմաններ, որոնք  դրվել են ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի թիվ 2254 բանաձևում»,- ընդգծել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը։

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով ՏԱՍՍ-ը, Լավրովը նաև հայտնել է, որ Սոչիի հանդիպման նախօրեին գլխավոր շտաբների ղեկավարները հանդիպում կանցկացնեմ, որի ժամանակ կքննարկեն Սիրիայում ապաէսկալացման գոտիների աշխատանքի մանրամասները։

Ինչպես է նշել է Լավրովը, երեք երկրների զինվորականները մշտական կապի մեջ են Սիրիայում ապաէսկալացման բոլոր չորս գոտիների գործողության հարցերով, ինչպես նաև աշխատում են հինգերորդ գոտին ստեղծելու շուրջ։

Ավելի վաղ ՌԴ նախագահի Մերձավոր Արևելքի և Աֆրիկայի երկրների գծով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ, ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Միխայիլ Բոգդանովը տեղեկացրել է, որ ապաէսկալացման 5-րդ  գոտու ստեղծման աշխատանքը շարունակվում է Աստանի գործընթացի գործընկերների և ԱՄՆ-ի հետ, սակայն արդյունքների մասին խոսելը դռևս վաղ է            ։

Աստանայի գործընթացի երաշխավոր երկրները՝ Ռուսաստանը, Իրանը և Թուրքիան հայտարարել են Սիրիայում ապաէսկալացման չորս գոտիների ստեղծման մասին՝  երկրի հարավ-արևմուտքում, Դամասկոսի Արևելյան Ղուտա արվարձանում և Հոմս քաղաքի շրջանում։ Չորրորդ գոտու մեջ մտնում են Իդլեբի նահանգը և հարևան Հալեպի, Լաթաքիայի և Համայի նահանգների տարածքներ։

ԱԳՆ-ների ղեկավարները քննարկել են սիրիական կարգավորման հետ կապված բորոր խնդիրները, հայտնել է Լավրովը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե քննարկվել է արդյոք քրդերի մասնակցությունը Սոչիում կայանալիք Սիրիական ազգային երկխոսության կոնգրեսում։

«Քննարկվել են բոլոր հարցարը։ Ես չեմ կարող խորամուխ լինել մանրամասների մեջ»,- ասել է նա։

«Մեր խորհուրդները զեկուցվելու են պետությունների ղեկավարներին, նրանք կայացնելու են որոշումներ ներկայացվելիք բոլոր առաջարկներով»,- հավելել է Լավրովը։

Ավելի վաղ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն հրապարակել էր Սոչիում Կոնգրեսի մասնակցելու հրավիրված կուսակցությունների և քաղաքական խմբերի ցանկը։ Դրանց թվում է «Դեմոկրատական միություն» քրդական կուսակցությունը։ Թուրքիայի նախագահի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Իբրահիմ Քալընը հայտարարել է, որ Անկարան անընդունելի է համարում կոնգրեսին այդ կուսակցության հրավիրելը։ Թուրքիան այն համարում է սիրիական ճյուղը Քրդստանի աշխատավորական կուսակցության, որը զինված պայքար է մղում Թուրքիայի իշխանությունների հետ։
