ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն պարզել է Վանաձորում սպանության մեջ կասկածվող անձի ինքնությունը

 ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Վանաձորի բնակիչ Վոլոդյա Քոչինյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ։ Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական եւ օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են սպանության մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից՝ հավելելով. «2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի 19-ին «Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերությունից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ ժամը 01:05-ին բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակիչ, 1981 թվականի ծնված Վոլոդյա Քոչինյանի դիակը՝ որովայնի շրջանում ծակած-կտրած վնասվածքով:

Անմիջապես մեկնել է քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը՝ ՀՀ ՔԿ Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության պետ՝ արդարադատության գնդապետ Թաթուլ Շուշանյանի գլխավորությամբ: ՀՀ ՔԿ Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, հանցագործության բացահայտման ուղղությամբ մշակվել քննչական գործողությունների և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների պլան։

Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ 36-ամյա տղամարդուն կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքը պատճառվել է 2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի 19-ին՝ ժամը 00:30-ի սահմաններում, Վանաձոր քաղաքի Վարդանանց 2 հասցեում գտնվող «Քիմպրոմ» գործարանի մոտ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ։ Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, հարցաքննվել մի շարք անձինք, եւ ձեռնարկվել դատավարական այլ գործողություններ, որոնց արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնության վերաբերյալ, ով եւս Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակիչ է, 24 տարեկան։

Ձեռնարկվում են համապատասխան միջոցառումներ՝ նրան հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով»:
