Ամփոփվել են ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարին առընթեր հասարակական խորհրդի գործունեության արդյունքները

Հոկտեմբերի 28-ին ամփոփվել են ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարին առընթեր հասարակական խորհրդի՝ վերջին երեք տարիներին ծավալած գործունեության արդյունքները: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, հասարակական խորհրդի անդամների հետ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի հանդիպման ընթացքում հնչել են առաջարկություններ, մատնանշվել են առաջիկա աշխատ անքային ուղղությունները:
Սեյրան Օհանյանը հասարակական կարծիքի և զինված ուժերում խնդրահարույց հարցերի ուսումնասիրման, հասարակության շրջանում բանակի դերակատարության բարձրացման առումով կարևորել է Հասարակական խորհրդի ծավալած գործունեությունը: Պաշտպանության նախարարը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ խորհուրդն իր արդյունավետ գործունեությամբ այսուհետ ևս բանակի և հասարակության միջև կձևավորի երկխոսության մթնոլորտ:
Ներկայացնելով վերջին երեք տարիների ընթացքում իրականացված միջոցառումներն ու հիմնական ձեռքբերումները, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարին առընթեր հասարակական խորհրդի նախագահ, նախարարի խորհրդական Գեղամ Հարությունյանը նշել է, որ հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում Հասարակական խորհուրդը հետամուտ է եղել զինծառայողների սոցիալ-իրավական երաշխիքների լիարժեք ապահովման, բանակի կանոնադրական հիմքերի ամրապնդման, զորակոչի գործընթացում արդարության և օրինականության սկզբունքների արմատավորման, ինչպես նաև հանրային ընկալման մեջ բանակի ճշմարտացի արտացոլման խնդիրների իրագործմանը: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել Հասարակական խորհրդի հովանու ներքո գործող քաղաքացիների դիմումների և բողոքների քննարկման հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքներին: Ընդգծվել է, որ գործելով հիմնականում զորակոչիկների առողջական խնդիներին վերաբերող հարցերի դաշտում, հանձնաժողովը զորակոչ առ զորակոչ ավելի մեծ վստահություն է ձեռք բերում հանրության շրջանում:
Ամփոփելով կատարված աշխատանքները՝ Հասարակական խորհրդի նախագահը հավաստիացրել է նաև, որ առաջիկայում ևս իրենց գործունեությունը միտված է լինելու բանակ-հասարակություն կապերի առավել սերտացմանը, հայրենիքի պաշտպանի ազգային-գաղափարական դաստիարակությանն ուղղված տարաբնույթ միջոցառումների կազմակերպմանը և, իհարկե, նկատված խնդիրների բարձրաձայնմանը:
Հանդիպման ավարտին պաշտպանության նախարարին առընթեր հասարակական խորհրդի նախագահը և անդամները հանդես են եկել մի շարք առաջարկություններով, քննարկվել են առաջիկա աշխատանքային ծրագրերը, որոնց վերաբերյալ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը ներկայացրել է իր դիտարկումները և տվել համապատասխան ցուցումներ:
