Գորիսում ապօրինի գործունեություն ծավալած տրանսպորտային միջոցները տուգանվել են

 ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության ՀՀ տրանսպորտային տեսչության կողմից Սյունիքի մարզի Գորիս քաղաքում նոյեմբերի 17-ին իրականացվել են ուսումնասիրություններ և դիտարկումներ՝ ներքաղաքային կանոնավոր երթուղիների սպասարկման կազմակերպման գործընթացի ուղղությամբ։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից:

Վերահսկողական գործառույթների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Գորիսի ներքաղաքային ավտոբուսային 3 երթուղիներում շահագործվում են մրցույթով չընտրված «Մերսեդես-Սպրինտեր» մակնիշի սպիտակ պետհամարանիշի 3 միկրոավտոբուսներ, որոնցից երկուսը ՌԴ հաշվառման համարանիշերով՝ Y250MA777, K510KY750, և մեկը՝ ՀՀ հաշվառման համարանիշով՝ 01SS090: 

Հատկանշական է, որ ապօրինի փոխադրումների արդյունքում լիովին ձախողվել է այդ  երթուղիների սպասարկման մրցույթում հաղթած «ԼԱՍՏ» ՍՊ ընկերության բնականոն և օրինական գործունեությունը։

«Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ» ՀՀ օրենսգրքի 137.2 հոդվածի 3-րդ ենթակետի պահանջներով՝ ապօրինի գործունեություն ծավալած նշված 3 տրանսպորտային միջոցների նկատմամբ տեղում, սահմանված կարգով, կազմվել են համապատասխան արձանագրություններ։ 

Նշենք նաև, որ Գորիս քաղաքում նոյեմբերի 2-3-ին իրականացված տեսչական գործառույթների արդյունքում ևս, նույն՝ Y250MA777 և 01SS090 հաշվառման համարանիշերի տրանսպորտային միջոցները շահագործողների նկատմամբ կազմվել էին վերահսկողության արդյունքների ամփոփման արձանագրություններ։

«Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ» ՀՀ օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածի համաձայն՝ նման իրավախախտման համար սահմանված է տուգանք՝ 200 հազար ՀՀ դրամի չափով։ Իսկ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում թույլ տված նույն իրավախախտման դեպքում՝ տուգանքի չափը կրկնապատկվում է:
