Մարմաշեն, Ախուրյան, Անի խոշորացված համայնքների ավագանիները գումարել են անդրանիկ նիստերը

Կայացել են Շիրակի մարզի Մարմաշեն, Ախուրյան, Անի խոշորացված համայնքների ավագանիների առաջին նիստերը: Նոյեմբերի 20-ին այս համայնքների ավագանիների անդրանիկ նիստերին մասնակցել են նաև Շիրակի մարզպետ Արթուր Խաչատրյանը, մարզպետի տեղակալ Սեյրան Պետրոսյանը, մարզպետարանի տեղական ինքնակառավարման և հանրապետական գործադիր մարմինների հարցերով վարչության պատասխանատուները:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Շիրակի մարզպետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ նիստերի մեկնարկից առաջ, ավագանու անդամները երդվել են իրենց գործունեության ընթացքում առաջնորդվել ՀՀ սահմանադրությամբ, օրենքներով, անշեղորեն կատարել իրենց պարտականությունները և գործել ի նպաստ համայնքի զարգացման և բարօրության: Ներկաներին ողջունել և համայնքների նորընտիր ղեկավարներին ու ավագանու անդամներին շնորհավորել է Շիրակի մարզպետ Արթուր Խաչատրյանը՝ մաղթելով արգասաբեր աշխատանք: «Շիրակի մարզպետարանը պատրաստ է ձեզ հետ համագործակցության, որպես տարածքային կառավարում իրականացնող մարմին մենք պատրաստ ենք աջակցել և սատարել ձեզ: Դուք պետք է աչալուրջ ու հոգատար աշխատեք, քանի որ համայնքների բնակիչները իրենց ձայնը ձեզ են վստահել»,-նշել է մարզպետը՝ կոչ անելով համայնքների ղեկավարների ու ավագանիների անդամներին հատկապես ուշադրություն դարձնել զարգացման ծրագրերին. «Զարգացման ծրագիրը այն փաստաթուղթն է, որտեղ պետք է լինի ձեր համայնքների զարգացման հեռանկարը, այն պետք է իրատեսական ու իրականանալի լինի: Համայնքի բյուջեում պետք է արտացոլվեն այս ծրագրերի իրականացման հետ կապված ձեռնարկները»:
Խոշորացված համայնքների ղեկավարներն էլ իրենց հերթին պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել գործել ի շահ համայնքների կայացման և զարգացման:
