Վանաձորցի ծննդկանի մահվան մեջ մեղադրվող բժիշկ Շահվերդյանը շարունակում է աշխատել. ՀՔԱՎ

Անցած տարվա հոկտեմբերին Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոնում մահացած ծննդկանի գործով վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը 2017 թ. նոյեմբերի 10-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրել  Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոնի ավագ մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ Դավիթ Շահվերդյանին: Այս մասին հայտնում է Հելսինկյան Քաղաքացիական Ասամբլեայի Վանաձորի գրասենյակը:

Ծննդաբերությունից ժամեր անց մահացած Հռիփսիմե Նազլուխանյանի իրավահաջորդների իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն ստանձնել են ՀՔԱ Վանաձորի գրասենյակի փաստաբաններ Արայիկ Զալյանն ու Անի Չատինյանը և որոշակի քննչական գործողություններ իրականացնելու ու նշանակված դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունների շրջանակում փորձագետներին  լրացուցիչ հարցադրումներ ներկայացնելու միջնորդություններ ներկայացրել: Փորձագիտական եզրակացությունների համաձայն՝ ծննդկանի մահվան պատճառ է դարձել հետծննդաբերական շրջանում մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգների կողմից անհրաժեշտ բժշկական օգնություն չցուցաբերելը:

Հ. Նազլուխանյանը մինչծննդաբերական շրջանում եղել է  Դավիթ Շահվերդյանի հսկողության ներքո, հերթապահ-բժիշկ Ա. Բալայանի պահանջով նա ներկա է գտնվել նաև ծննդաբերությանն ու դրան հաջորդած գործողություններին: Փորձագետները փաստում են, որ հիմնական բացթողումները թույլ են տրվել հետծննդյան շրջանում, ինչն էլ հանգեցրել է ծննդկանի մահվան: Նրանց պնդմամբ՝ ծննդկանի արյունահոսության պատճառը սրընթաց ծննդաբերության հետևանքով առաջացած պատռվածքներն են եղել, և բուժօգնություն տրամադրող բժիշկները տևական արյունահոսության պատճառը պարզելու համար պետք է դիմեին վիրահատական միջամտության, ինչը չի արվել և արյունահոսության աղբյուր հանդիսացող պատռվածքները չեն հայտնաբերվել:

Իսկ ծննդկանի կյանքը հնարավոր էր փրկել միայն դրանք հայտնաբերելու և արյունահոսությունը դադարեցնելու դեպքում:

Մեղադրական եզրակացության համաձայն՝ մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ Դավիթ Շահվերդյանը իր մասնագիտական պարտականությունների նկատմամբ անփույթ և անբարեխիղճ վերաբերմունք է դրսևորել, իրավիճակից բխող անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ չի կատարել, ինչն էլ անզգուշությամբ մահ է առաջացրել: ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 130-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով նրան սպառնում է 2-6 տարվա ազատազրկում: (Ծնունդն ընդունած բժիշկ Ա. Բալայանը 2017 թ. հոկտեմբերի 18-ին վթարի է ենթարկվել և մահացել): Չնայած դրան՝ տուժող կողմի տեղեկություններով Դավիթ Շահվերդյանը դեռևս շարունակում է զբաղեցնել մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգի իր պաշտոնը Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոնում, իսկ ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեն որևէ քայլ չի ձեռնարկում կասեցնելու նրա մասնագիտական գործունեությունը մինչ նրա վերաբերյալ վճռի ուժի մեջ մտնելը:
