ՀՅԴ-ն պետական բյուջեի նախագծում ստվերի կրճատման միտումներ և կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի նկատելի արդյունքներ է նկատում

Ազգային ժողովի ՀՅԴ խմբակցությանքարտուղար Աղվան Վարդանյանը ներկայացրեց ՀՀ 2018 թ. պետական բյուջեին կողմ լինելու հիմնավորումները: Ազգային ժողովում խորհրդարանական ճեպազրույցների շրջանակներում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը պատգամավորն ընդգծեց, որ բյուջեի նախագծում իրենք նկատում են կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի նկատելի արդյունքներ, ստվերի կրճատման միտումներ, հարկային և մաքսային ոլորտների էական բարելավում:
«Նկատում ենք նաև ներդրումային ծրագրեր ենթակառուցվածքներում, Հայաստանի գրավչության ամրապնդման միտումներ: Ահա այսպիսի իրողություններ է ՀՅԴ-ն տեսել 2018թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ընդգծեց Վարդանյանը:
Հարցին, թե ընդդիմադիրները նշում են, որ կառավարությունը ձախողել է, այդ պարագայում ՀՅԴ-ն ի՞նչ խղճով է կողմ քվեարկելու պետական բյուջեի նախագծին, Աղվան Վարդանյանը պատասխանեց. «ՀՅԴ-ի խիղճը կտրուկ տարբերվում է մյուսների խղճից: Մենք թվարկեցինք այն իրողությունները, որոնք նկատելի են, և առաջին արդյունքներն արդեն կան: Մյուսներին կարող եք իրենց խղճի մասին հարցնել, թե ինչպես էին եթե ոչ փառաբանում, ապա կողմ քվեարկում որոշ կառավարությունների ներկայացրած բյուջեի նախագծերին, և ի՞նչ արդյունքներ կային այդ ժամանակ»,- նշեց Վարդանյանը:
Պատգամավորը բնական համարեց, որ ընդդիմությունը քննադատում է կառավարությանը և նրա ներկայացրած պետական բյուջեի նախագիծը: Վարդանյանի խոսքով` նրանց գործն է քննադատելը և իրական փաստերը չտեսնելու տալը:
