ԱՄՆ-ում հանցագործը խնդրել է դատարանին մեկուսացնել իրեն արտաքին աշխարհից՝ հանցագործությունները դադարեցնելու համար

Հայտնի խաբեբա Ջիմի Սաբատինոն ասել է, որ չի կարող իրեն զսպել և հանցագործություններ չանել, նույնիսկ երբ նստած է բանտում: Տղամարդու խոսքով՝ ինքը միայն մի ելք է տեսնում իրավիճակից՝ սահմանափակել կապերը մարդկանց հետ:

Հայտնի է, որ Սաբատինոն խոստովանել է 10.4 միլիոն դոլար գումարի չափով խարդախությունը: Նա արել է հանցագործությունը Մայամիի բանտերից մեկում գտնվելու ժամանակ: Դատավորը դրական պատասխան է տվել հանցագործի՝ դատավճիռ կայացնելու խնդրանքին:

Աղբյուրը մանրամասնում է, որ Սաբատինոն կկրի պատիժը խիստ ռեժիմով բանտում և կզրկվի մարդկանց հետ կապվելու հնարավորությունից` բացի իր խորթ մորից և երկու փաստաբանից: Հանցագործը խնդրել է հատուկ սահմանափակումներ մտցնել, որպեսզի ինքը չկարողանա շփվել մյուս բանտարկյալների հետ, և զանգահարել կամ նամակներ գրել որևէ մեկին:

Նշվում է, որ Սաբատինոն դատապարտվել է 20 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկման՝ մեկուսացված խցիկում: Շփման սահմանափակումները կգործեն մինչև այն պահը, երբ դատապարտյալը ցուցաբերի, որ իր հաղորդագրություններն իրենցից սպառնալիք չեն ներկայացնում:

Սաբատինոն հույս ունի, որ իր հմայքը և ինտելեկտն ազդեցություն չեն գործի Կոլորադոյի բանտի պահակների վրա:

«Նա կնստի խցում միայնակ՝ հեռուստացույցի դիմաց: Նա գրքեր կունենա, սակայն կնստի Կոլորադոյում՝ ոչ մի անգամ չտեսնելով սարերը», - ասել է դատավորը:
