Անցած տարիների ընթացքում հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները ձեռք են բերել դաշնակցային և ռազմավարական գործընկերության բնույթ:
Երևանում Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հանդիպումից հետո լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը: «Մենք այսօր դիտարկեցինք այս տարվա ընթացքում մեր երկրների նախագահների հանդիպումների ընթացքում ստորագրված համաձայնագրերի կատարման ընթացքը, որոնցից վերջինը կայացավ նոյեմբերի 15-ին, երբ Հայաստանի նախագահը ժամանել էր Ռուսաստան` մասնակցելու Հայաստանի մշակույթի օրերի բացման միջոցառմանը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը:
Նա ընդգծեց, որ արձանագրվել է առաջընթաց հայ-ռուսական տնտեսական հարաբերություններում: «Այս տարվա 8 ամիսներին երկու երկրների միջև առևտրաշրջանառությունն ավելացել է շուրջ 1/3-ով` նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի նկատմամբ: Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանում կապիտալ ներդրումների առումով առաջին տեղն է գրավում: Մենք դիտարկել ենք նաև իրականացվող ներդրումային ծրագրերը էներգետիկայի ոլորտում, ինչպես նաև` Մեծամորի ատոմակայանի շահագործման ժամկետների երկարացումը»,- ընդգծեց Սերգեյ Լավրովը:
ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը նշեց, որ ՀՀ-ն և ՌԴ-ն կայուն զարգացման գործընթաց են արձանագրել նաև ռազմատեխնիկական ոլորտում համագործակցության առումով: «Աշխատում է համապատասխան միջկառավարական հանձնաժողով: Հայաստանին անհրաժեշտ ռազմական արտադրանքի մատակարարումները պատշաճ կատարվում են»,- նշեց Լավրովը:
Նա շեշտեց, որ Հայաստանը ԱՊՀ տարածքում Ռուսաստանի անկյունաքարային գործընկերներից մեկն է: «Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչներն այս պահին ղեկավարում են Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովը և Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությունը: Մենք գործնականում համընկնող դիրքորոշում ունենք բոլոր հարցերում, որոնք գտնվում են միջազգային կազմակերպությունների օրակարգում, ներառյալ` ՄԱԿ-ը, ԵԱՀԿ-ն Եվրախորհուրդը, Սևծովյան տնտեսական համագործակցության կազմակերպությունը»,- նշեց Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարը:
