Անի Սանոսյանը իր Ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է.

Վերջին շրջանում միջազգային ֆինանսատնտեսական շուկայում տեղի ունեցած ցնցումները, ինչպես հիշում ենք, զգալիորեն ազդել էր ռուսական ռուբլու վրա: Ստեղծված իրավիճակը շտկելու համար ՌԴ կառավարությունը ձեռնարկում է բազմաթիվ քայլեր:

Այսօր մամուլում լայն տարածում է ստացել ՌԴ նախագահի արտահայտությունն առ այն, որ անթույլատրելի է «օտարերկրյա արժույթի օգտագործումը» ռուսական վառելիքաէներգետիկ ոլորտում: Նա նշել է նաև, որ պետք է սկսել ռուբլու դերակատարության բարձրացման աշխատանքները, այդ թվում՝ ռուսական վառելիքաէներգետիկ համալիրի ապրանքների համար:

Երևի բոլորն էլ կհիշեն աշնան սկզբին տեղի ունեցած ԵԱՏՄ կառավարությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի նիստը, որի ժամանակ ՀՀ գործադիրի ղեկավարն ասել էր, որ ժամանակն է ԵԱՏՄ տարածքում ռազմավարական ապրանքների առևտրաշրջանառությունն իրականացվի ոչ թե դոլարով, այլ ռուբլիով:

ՌԴ նախագահի խոսքով՝ ազգային արժույթի օգտագործումը պետք է լինի նաև այն երկրների հետ գործողությունների ընթացքում, «որոնց հետ ակտիվ առևտուր է իրականացվում»: Վերջինիս խոսքից կարելի է փաստել, որ ըստ էության մեկնարկել է մոտ 2 ամիս առաջ հնչած ՀՀ պատվիրակության ղեկավարի առաջարկին համապատասխան գործողությունների մեկնարկը:

Ռուբլու կայունացումն ու արժևորումը շատ կարոր է նաև ՀՀ տնտեսության կայունացման համար, քանի որ գաղտնիք չէ, որ Ռուսաստանից ուղղարկվող տրանսֆերտներն ուղիղ ազդեցություն են ունենում ՀՀ տնտեսության վրա: Բացի դա մի շարք տեղական ապրանքների հիմնական իրացման շուկան հանդիսանում է Ռուսաստանը:
