ԱԺ փոխնախագահ, Հայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցության խոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը ՀՀԿ Գործադիր մարմնի նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցին անդրադարձավ նաև վաղը կայանալիք «Հանուն գիտության զարգացման» նախաձեռնության հետ կլոր-սեղան քննարկմանը:
Ըստ նրա` հանդիպումը կլինի թվով երրորդը, իսկ այն ձևաչափը, որ ընտրվել է, վերջնական տարբերակն առաջարկել են ուսանողները:
Շարմազանովը նշեց, որ ուսանողների հետ համաձայնեցված է եղել, որ հանդիպմանը երկու կողմից էլ 5 հոգի մասնակցի:
Որպես նիստը վարող՝ Շարմազանովը խոստացավ ունենալ չեզոք դիրքորոշում:
«Թե՛ ուսանողները, թե՛ պատգամավորները, թե՛ կառավարությունը կառուցողական են տրամադրված: Ես չեմ կարծում, որ բոլոր հարցերը պետք է միանգամից լուծում ստանան, մանավանդ օրենքն արդեն ընդունվել է, օրենքն իրականություն է, և օրենքի հետ կանչման խնդիր չկա օրակարգում»,-ասաց նա:
Ըստ Շարմազանովի՝ քննարկման առանցքում նաև ենթաօրենսդրական ակտերն են: «Միացյալ ուժերով պետք է արձանագրենք, թե ինչ են առաջարկում կողմերը: Եթե տեսնենք, որ կառավարության որոշումներից հետո ուսանողների մտահոգությունները չեն փարատվել, կամ այլ կարծիք, որը ռեալ է, բոլորն օրենքներն էլ նրա համար են, որ մի օր բարեփոխվեն: Եթե Սահմանադրությունն է բարեփոխվում, օրենքներն էլ կարող են բարեփոխվել»,-հայտարարեց Շարմազանովը:
Ըստ ԱԺ փոխնախագահի՝ ընդհանուր արդյունքի գալու համար ավելի ակտիվ պետք է աշխատեն կառավարության գործընկերները, նախարարները, այդտեղ, իհարկե, ներառված կլինեն նաև պատգամավորները, եթե ուսանողները դեմ չլինեն:
«Քննարկումն ուղիղ եթերում կլինի, որպեսզի ավելորդ մեկնաբանությունների տեղիք չտրվի»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ նիստը լինելու է դռնփակ և հանդիպումից հետո արդեն կորոշեք` ինչպես լուսաբանել:
