«Ժառանգությունը» դեռ չի որոշել, իսկ Դեմկուսը պատրաստ է
POLITICSԱԻՄ առաջնորդ Պարույր Հայրիկյանի հացադուլի պատճառը միայն ԿԸՀ–ի կողմից զավեշտալի հիմնավորմամբ պատասխանը չէ: Նա ցանկանում է երկիրը երկիր դարձնելու համար բոլորին հիշեցնել, որ Հայաստանը «լյովիկներին, ռոբիկներին կամ սերժիկներին» չի պատկանում, այլ ազատ երկիր է, որտեղ բոլորը հավասար են օրենքի առջև և որտեղ իրավունքը ամենաբարձրագույն արժեքն է:
«Մեզ պետք է փոխել այս իրավիճակը, և այս հարցում մեզ հակադրվողները հակադրվում են ոչ թե մեզ, այլ հակադրվում են իրենց երեխաների ապագային: Այսինքն, ողջախոհությունը մարդու համար է, մանավանդ պետական պաշտոնյայի համար: Եվ կարծում եմ, որ հրամաններ կատարելիս անգամ պետք է մտածես քո արժանապատվության մասին»,– ասում է Պարույր Հայրիկյանը:
ԱԻՄ առաջնորդի այս քայլին միացել է նաև Դեմոկրատական կուսակցության առաջնորդ Արամ Գասպարի Սարգսյանը՝ իր կուսակցությունով: Նրանք նույնպես կարծում են, որ նոր Սահմանադրությամբ շատ բաներ աղավաղվել են, ինչն առավել տեսանելի դարձավ ընտրությունների ժամանակ:
«Եվ այն իրավունքները, որոնք իբր թե տրված են նոր Սահմանադրությամբ, դրանք իրականացնելու հնարավորություն չկա: Այսինքն, ամենագլխավոր հարցը հենց սա է, որ կարելի է բոլոր իրավունքներով օժտել մարդուն, բայց հասանելի հնարավորություններ չտրամադրել: Հարց է ծագում, թե այդ դեպքում ո՞րն է պետության դերը: Ուզում եմ հիշեցնել նաև, որ ժամանակին՝ 91–92 թվականներին նույն Հանրապետականը մեր կուսակցության հետ ստորագրահավաքին էր մասնակցում Լ. Տեր–Պետրոսյանին իմպիչմենտ հայտարարելու համար: Չնայած կեսից փախան և իշխող կոալիցիայի կազմում հայտնվեցին, բայց ուզում եմ ընդգծել, որ մենք մշտապես մեր սկզբունքին հավատարիմ ենք եղել»,– ասաց Ա. Սարգսյանը:
Ընդդիմադիր մեկ այլ՝ «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցության փոխնախագահ Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանն էլ Past.am-ին տեղեկացրեց, որ իրենք նույնպես ողջունում են Հայրիկյանի այդ նախաձեռնությունը, բայց միանալու մասին ոչինչ ասել չի կարող, քանի որ կուսակցությունում այդ հարցը չի քննարկվել:
«Կուսակցության անունից ոչինչ ասել չեմ կարող, քանի որ այդ հարցը դեռևս չի քննարկվել նիստի ժամանակ: Չեմ կարող ասել, թե երբ կքննարկվի ու ինչ որոշում կկայացվի: Այս պահին իմ կողմից միայն կարող եմ ասել, որ ողջունելի է, երբ կուսակցությունները , քաղհասարակությունը պայքարում են սեփական իրավունքների համար»,– ասաց Ա. Մարտիրոսյանը:
