Ուսանողները կլոր սեղանի արդյունքներով տարկետման իրավունքի շուրջ առաջարկներ կներկայացնեն կառավարությանը

 Ազգային ժողովում կայացած կլոր սեղան-քննարկման արդյունքներով «Հանուն գիտության զարգացման» նախաձեռնության անդամ ուսանողները իրենց առաջարկները կփաստաթղթավորեն և կներկայացնեն կառավարությանը:  Բացի այդ, ուսանողների մասնակցությամբ կձևավորվեն աշխատանքային խմբեր, որոնք կքննարկեն բոլոր խնդիրները և դրանց լուծման տարբերակները կառավարության որոշումներով կամ ենթաօրենսդրական ակտերով: Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը և «Հանուն գիտության զարգացման» նախաձեռնության անդամ Դավիթ Պետրոսյանն ամփոփեցին տարկետման իրավունքի տրամադրման հետ կապված խնդիրների վերաբերյալ խորհրդարանում կայացած կլոր սեղան-քննարկման արդյունքները: Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովն  ընդգծեց, որ կլոր սեղանի արդյունքներով կարող են արձանագրել, որ կան հարցեր, որոնք լուրջ քննարկման կարիք ունեն: «Մենք առաջարկում ենք ուսանողներին հավաքել, փաստաթղթավորել այսօրվա քննարկման ընթացքում հնչած առաջարկները և ներկայացնել պաշտպանության և կրթության և գիտության նախարարություններին: Նաև կառավարությանն ենք առաջարկում «Հանուն գիտության զարգացման» նախաձեռնության անդամ ուսանողների, պաշտպանության և կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունների ներկայացուցիչների  մասնակցությամբ ձևավորել աշխատանքային խումբ, որը դետալ առ դետալ, սկզբունք առ սկզբունք կքննարկի կառավարության որոշումներում կամ ենթաօրենսդրական ակտերում այս հարցերին լուծում տալու տարբերակներ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ընդգծեց Շարմազանովը:

«Հանուն գիտության զարգացման անդամ Դավիթ Պետրոսյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց,որ իրենց  հիմնական պահանջը՝ տարկետման տեղերի պահպանում,  բավարարվել է:  ««Տարկետում լինելու է» մեր սկզբունքը, որ դրված էր նախաձեռնության հիմքում՝ դառնում է իրականություն, մնում է հասկանալ` որքան տեղ կտրվի, ինչ չափանիշներ ու հայտանիշներ կորոշվեն»,-ասաց նա:

Նա նշեց, որ իրենց երկրորդ կարևոր առաջարկը, որը վերաբերվում է կրթության անընդհատության ապահովմանը, իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները խոստացել են քննարկել:

Ըստ նրա` իրենք առաջարկել  են «բոլորը պետք է ծառայեն» ընդունված սկզբունքը համալրեն իրենց գաղափարով` ոչ թե բուհը տանեն բանակ, այլ բանակը բերեն բուհ: «Առաջարկի նպատակն է, որ անընդհատության սկզբունքը պահպանելով՝ արական սեռի ավելի շատ երիտասարդներ գնան ծառայեն և դա լինի իրենց ընտրության վրա: Դա  կլինի նոր ծառայության ձև: Համաձայնություն եղավ, սկզբունքը քննարկվի, հարցը մեխանիզմների հետ է  կապված: Մարդ ընտրության հնարավորություն է ունենում, պահպանում է գիտության անընդհատության սկզբունքը, ձեռք են բերում նաև ռազմական գիտելիքներ: Սրանով նաև կլուծվի այն շահարկման հարցը, թե մեկը ծառայած է, մյուսը` չէ»,-ընդգծեց Պետրոսյանը:» 

Եզրափակելով խոսքը Դավիթ Պետրոսյանն ասաց, որ ամեն ինչ անելու են, որպեսզի իրենց համար կարևոր սկզբունքները իրականություն դարձնեն:
