ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը նոյեմբերի 22-ին ընդունել է ԳԴՀ Բունդեսթագի պատգամավոր, ԵՄ հարցերով հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահ, պետաիրավական հարցերով հանձնաժողովի անդամ Հերիբերթ Հիրթենին: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ հանրային կապերի վարչությունից:
Հերիբերթ Հիրթենը Հայաստան է այցելել նոյեմբերի 22-ին Երեւանում կայանալիք«Քրիստոնյաների եւ այլ կրոնական խմբերի անդամների դեմ ատելության շարժառիթով հանցագործությունների կանխարգելումը եւ հակազդումը. հեռանկարներ ԵԱՀԿ-ից եւ անդին» խորագրով ԵԱՀԿ/ԺՀՄԻԳ խորհրդաժողովին մասնակցելու նպատակով:
Ողջունելով պարոն Հերիբերթ Հիրթենին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում՝ Արմեն Աշոտյանը կարեւորել է Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագի հետ արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը՝ նշելով, որ հայկական կողմը պատրաստ է գործադրել անհրաժեշտ ջանքեր Բունդեսթագի հետ հարաբերությունների զարգացման եւ խորացման համար:
ԳԴՀ Բունդեսթագի պատգամավոր Հերիբերթ Հիրթենը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար, ընդգծել է Հայաստան-Գերմանիա հարաբերությունների բարձր մակարդակը՝ նշելով, որ պատրաստակամ է գործուն քայլեր ձեռնարկելու երկու երկրների միջեւ միջխորհրդարանական հարաբերությունների խթանման համար:
Անդրադառնալով քրիստոնեական համայնքների խնդիրներին՝ մասնավորապես Մերձավոր Արեւելքում, ՀՀ Աժ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահը կարեւորել է հայկական համայնքների անվտանգության, ինչպես նաեւ մշակութային ժառանգությունների պահպանման հարցերը: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաեւ մտքի, խղճի ազատության գերակայության, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցերին:
Միջխորհրդարանական համագործակցության շրջանակում Արմեն Աշոտյանը արժեւորել է երկու պետությունների խորհրդարաններում բարեկամության խմբերի միջեւ արդյունավետ եւ կառուցողական գործունեությունը: Նա հույս է հայտնել, որ հայ-գերմանական միջխորհրդարանական բարեկամական խմբերում չեն ընդգրկվի այն գերմանացի պատգամավորները, որոնց անուններն առնչվում են «ադրբեջանական լվացքատան» կոռուպցիոն սկանդալի հետ:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում Արմեն Աշոտյանը կարեւորել է Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման հարցը միջազգային հանրության կողմից՝ ընդգծելով, որ Ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը քայլ է՝ կանխելու մարդկության դեմ նոր հանցագործությունների իրականացումը:
