Նոյեմբերյանի պոլիկլինիկաներից մեկի տարածքում շուտով շուկա կգործի

ՀՀ կառավարության առաջիկա նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված որոշման նախագծերից մեկով նախատեսվում է Նոյեմբերյան քաղաքի Զորավար Անդրանիկի 3 հասցեում գտնվող շենքի օգտագործման եւ սպասարկման համար հատկացված 3 500 քառ. մետր հողամասի (5 300 000 ՀՀ դրամ գնահատված արժեքով ) ավելի քան 2 100 քառ. մետրը հետ վերցնել եւ նվիրաբերել Նոյեմբերյան համայնքին՝ այդ հողամասում համայնքային շուկա կառուցելու պայմանով:
Որոշման նախագծում նշվում է, որ նվիրաբերվող հողամասում շուկան կկառուցվի համայնքի կողմից: Այդ նպատակով կիրականացվի 35 մլն դրամի ներդրում՝ հետեւյալ համամասնությամբ`
2018 թվականին՝ 15 մլն դրամ,
2019 թվականին՝ 10 մլն դրամ,
2020 թվականին՝ 10 մլն դրամ :
Նշված աշխատանքները չկատարելու դեպքում նվիրաբերությունը չեղյալ է համարվելու:
Պոլիկլինիկայի հողամասից տարածք առանձնացվելու եւ այնտեղ շուկա կառուցեկու հարցով Կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչութուն է դիմել Նոյեմբերյան համայնքի ղեկավարը:
Նա միաժամանակ տեղեկացրել է, որ շենքի սպասարկման համար առանձնացված հողատարածքն իր նպատակին չի ծառայում եւ ըստ ներկայացված հատակագծի չի խաթարում Նոյեմբերյան քաղաքի Զ. Անդրանիկի 3 հասցեում գտնվող շենքի հետագա գործունեությանը:
Նա նաեւ նշել է, որ Նոյեմբերյան համայնքը ներկայումս ունի փողոցային առեւտուրը վերացնելու եւ բացօթյա առեւտրի գործընթացը կարգավորելու լուրջ խնդիր, որը համայնքապետարանի հսկողությունից դուրս է մնում առեւտրի համար առանձնացված տարածք՝ շուկա չունենալու պատճառով:
Նոյեմբերյան համայնքի ղեկավարը նաեւ նկատել է, որ քաղաքում շուկայի բացակայության պատճառով առեւտուրը ծավալվում է միջպետական ճանապարհի եզրին՝ խոչընդոտ առաջացնելով երթեւեկության համար:
Ուշագրավ է, որ Նոյեմբերյանի բնակիչներից ստացված տեղեկությունների համաձայն, քաղաքում ճամփեզրերին ու մայթերին առեւտուր չի ծավալվում: Դա տեղի է ունենում փոքրիկ կրպակ-խանութներում: Իսկ պատահական կարգազանցներին անմիջապես սաստելու է գալիս ոստիկանության աշխատակիցը:
Նոյեմբերյանի նախկին շուկան սեփականաշնորհվել է տարիներ առաջ: Այժմ այնտեղ հանդիսությունների սրահ է գործում:
