ԵԺԿ-ն ԼՂ հինախնդրում աջակցում է Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ջանքերին. գագաթնաժողովում ընդունվել է հռչակագիրը

 Եվրոպական ժողովրդական կուսակցությունը (ԵԺԿ) Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման հարցում լիակատար աջակցություն է հայտնել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ջանքերին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին ասվում է նոյեմբերի 23-ին Բրյուսելում ԵԺԿ գագաթնաժողովի արդյունքներով ընդունված հռչակագրի տեքստում:

«Մենք վերահաստատում ենք մեր լիակատար աջակցությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման հարցում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ջանքերին՝ հիմնված միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի և սկզբունքների վրա, մասնավորապես ՝ ուժի և ուժի սպառնալիքի չկիրառման, տարածքային ամբողջականության և հավասար իրավունքների, ինչպես նաև ժողովուրդների ինքնորոշման իրավունքի վրա: Մենք կոչ ենք անում հակամարտող կողմերին հավատարիմ մնալ հրադադարի ռեժիմին՝ հարգելով 1994-1995 թվականների հրադադարի մասին համաձայնագրերը, կիրառել վստահություն կառուցող միջոցներ, նվազեցնել լարվածությունը շփման գծում, ինչպես նաև կիրառել այն միջոցները, որոնց շուրջ համաձայնություն է ձեռք բերվել Վիեննայում, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում և Ժնևում կայացած գագաթնաժողովների ընթացքում»,- ասվում է ընդունված հռչակագրում:

Գագաթնաժողովին մասնակցող Հայաստանի պատվիրակությունը հռչակագիրն ընդունել է վերապահումներով:

Աշխատանքային այցով Բելգիայի Թագավորությունում գտնվող ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը նոյեմբերի 23-ին Բրյուսելում մասնակցել է Եվրոպական ժողովրդական կուսակցության գագաթնաժողովին:

Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը գագաթնաժողովում հանդես է եկել ելույթով, որում անդրադարձել է Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն համագործակցության օրակարգին և հարաբերությունների զարգացման դինամիկային, Հայաստանի համար ԵԺԿ և Արևելյան գործընկերության բրյուսելյան գագաթնաժողովներում քննարկվող հարցերի կարևորությանը, ԵՄ-ի հետ Հայաստանի ստորագրելիք Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրին, ինչպես նաև միջկուսակցական համագործակցության զարգացման ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքին: Նշելով, որ այս տարի լրանում է ԵԺԿ-ին ՀՀԿ անդամակցության 5-րդ տարեդարձը, Սերժ Սարգսյանը նկատել է, որ չնայած համեմատաբար կարճ ժամանակահատվածին՝ համատեղ աշխատանքի շնորհիվ ՀՀԿ-ն լիարժեքորեն ինտեգրվեց եվրոպական այս ընտանիքին: ԵԺԿ-ի հետ ՀՀԿ համագործակցությունը, Նախագահի գնահատմամբ, Հայաստանի համար դարձել է նաև եվրոպական քաղաքականությանը ներգրավման կարևորագույն հարթակներից մեկը:
