Քննարկվել է զվարճանքի ակումբները տեղափոխելու մասին օրենսդրական փաթեթը
SOCIETYՎարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի մոտ տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն, որի ընթացքում ներկայացվել է «Առևտրի և ծառայությունների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում և մի շարք այլ հարակից օրենքներում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին նախագծերի փաթեթը:
Ըստ կառավարության պաշտոնական կայքի՝ վարչապետին զեկուցվել է, որ օրենսդրական փաթեթի միջոցով ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ առաջին անգամ տրվում են հանրապետությունում լայն տարածում ստացած առևտրային ծառայությունների մի շարք օբյեկտների՝ սահմանումներ, մասնավորապես, «հեստապարային ակումբ», «կարաոկե», «դիսկոտեկ»: Օրենքով հստակ սահմանվում է, որ նշված օբյեկտները, ինչպես նաև սաունան, բաղնիքը և շոգեբաղնիքը հանդիսանում են սահմանափակումների ենթակա օբյեկտներ և արգելվում է դրանց տեղակայումը բազմաբնակարան շենքի բնակելի և ոչ բնակելի տարածքում: Միաժամանակ հաշվի առնելով, որ նման տեսակի ծառայությունների իրականացման թույլտվությունները տրամադրվում են տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների որոշումների հիման վրա, օրենքով սահմանվել է նաև, որ նման օբյեկտների տեղակայմանը ներկայացվող ընդհանուր պահանջները սահմանվում են տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների կողմից:
