Վիզաների ազատականացման միֆը
ANALYSISՇրջանակային համաձայնագրի ստորագրման հիմնական մեխը, այսպես ասած քարոզչական սոուսը, որով այն մատուցվում է հասարակությանը ՝ վիզաների ազատականացման ռեժիմի մասին խոստումն է: Մի կողմ թողնելով այն, որ դե յուրե վիզաների ազատականացումը դեռևս երկու-երեք տարվա աշխատանք է պահանջում, միաժամանակ աչքի առաջ ունենալով վիզաների ազատականացման դժվարին գործընթացը Վրաստանի, Ուկրաինայի ու ԵՄ միջև, պիտի նշենք, որ նույնիսկ վարերացման դեպքում այդ ռեժիմը ոչինչ տալ Հայաստանին չի կարող:
Միակ բանը, որ կշահի ՀՀ քաղաքացին դա վիզաների համար վճարվող գումարն է, դեսպանատտներում վիզաների հերթերից ազատվելը: Հայաստանը Եվրոպայյի համար կարող է դառնալ տուրիզմի արտահանող երկիր, ոչ ավել: Ոչ տնտեսապես, ոչ այլ ոլորտներում Հայաստանն այժմ չի կարող Եվրոպային որևէ բան տալ:
Վիզաների ազատականացումը կարող է նպաստել ասենք հայ զբոսաշրջիկի հարմարավետությանը, բայց հայ գործարարի հարմարավետությանը ՝ ոչ: Որովհետև հայկական արտադրանքի մեծ մասն ուղղակիորեն չի համապատասխանելու եվրոպական ստանդարտներին: Իրավիճակ, որ տեղի ունեցավ Վրաստանի հետ:
Բացի այդ, արդեն իսկ անհատական մակարդակում Հայաստանը չունի այնպիսի կադրեր, որոնք հայտնվելով Եվրոպայում կկարողանան կարիերա անել: Վիզաների բարդության վերացումը որևէ բանով չի կարող օգնել որակավորում չունեցող մասնագետին: Իսկ արդեն իսկ որակավորված մասնագետը դրա կարիքը չունի:
