Սահմանամերձ համայնքում բերքի իրացում չկա

Սահմանամերձ Խաչիկ համայնքի բնակիչները բերքի իրացումից գոհ չեն: Խաչիկի տնամերձ այգիներում գրեթե 10 հեկտար խնձորի տարբեր սորտերի այգի կա, որից ավելի քան 4 հեկտարը՝ նորատունկ: Առատ ու անուշահամ միրգը գնորդ չունի: Խնձորի բերքն այս տարի առատ է, բայց նկուղներում է մնացել:

«Մարդ կա՝ տոննաներով խնձոր ունի ու չի վաճառվում»,– «Փաստ» ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց համայնքի բնակչուհի Մարիամ Մելիքյանը:

«Գործարանները չեն մթերում բերքը: Ընդհանրապես ոչ մի բերքի իրացում չի կազմակերպվում»,– ասաց գյուղացին:

Այս տարի այստեղ ցորենի բերքն է եղել պակաս: Չորային եղանակն ու ոռոգման ջուրը խաչիկցու ամբարները դատարկ են թողել:

«Բերքը լավ չէր: Ոռոգման ջրի հետ կապված խնդիրների պատճառով գյուղացիները անելանելի վիճակում են հայտնվում. ստացվում է՝ անգամ գյուղատնտեսությամբ զբաղվելն է բարդ դառնում: Գյուղացիները գյուղից տեղափոխվում են մարզկենտրոն կամ էլ մայրաքաղաք: Մարդիկ իրենց հողամասերը մշակել չեն կարողանում: Եկամուտն էլ քիչ է: Գյուղացին էլ ի՞նչ պիտի անի»,– ասաց նա:

Այստեղ հողագործն իր ապրանքը հիմնականում գումարով չի վաճառում, այլ փոխանակում է հագուստի և այլ անհրաժեշտ ապրանքների հետ:

«Մենք չենք կարողանում մեր ապրանքը վաճառել, պետք է այն տանենք, հասցնենք գյուղի սկզբնամաս, որ այնտեղ կանգնենք, վաճառենք, բայց մեքենա է պետք, տրանսպորտ էլ չունենք։ Եղեգնաձորի շուկա էլ կարող ենք տանել, սակայն մի 2 արկղ միրգ որ տանենք, տրանսպորտին էլ գումար պետք է տանք, այս դեպքում տակը մեզ բան չի մնում։ Խնձոր, ընկույզ ունենք, հույսներս մնում է փոխանակումը։ Փոխանակումն էլ շատ էժան է մեզ վրա նստում, իրանց ապրանքը թանկ են ասում, մերը՝ խնձորը, ընկույզը, պանիրը շատ էժան են հաշվում»,– նշեց նա:

Կաթնամթերքի և մսամթերքի իրացման հարցը նույնպես սահմանամերձ այս համայնքում օրակարգային է:

Գյուղացիները նշեցին, որ խնդրի լուծման ուղղությամբ պաշտոնյաները ոչինչ չեն անում:
«Մսի ընդունման կետ, թեկուզ տարածաշրջանում, չկա, որից կարող ենք օգտվել»,– մտահոգվեցին նրանք:

Ապրանքափոխանակության համար էլ այստեղ հաճախ չեն գալիս: Համայնքի ճանապարհները քանդուքարափ են, ոչ բոլորն են համարձակվում Նախիջևանի սահմանը պահող Խաչիկ հասնել:
