Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Կարեն Բոթոյանը Սարատովի մարզի նահանգապետ Վալերի Ռադաևի ուղեկցությամբ նոյեմբերի 25-ին Սարատովի Ալֆրեդ Շնիտկեի անվան ֆիլհարմոնիայի դահլիճում ներկա է գտնվել հայկական մշակութային օրերի շրջանակներում կազմակերպված «Միշտ հին ու նոր իմ Հայաստան» խորագիրը կրող համերգին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանից՝ հավելելով. «Միջոցառման մեկնարկին, դիմելով ներկաներին, նահանգապետ Վ. Ռադաևը նշել է, որ հայ ժողովրդի շատ զավակներ, ինչպիսիք են Հովհաննես Այվազովսկին, Արամ Խաչատրյանը, Մարտիրոս Սարյանը և այլոք, համաշխարհային մշակույթի զարգացման գործում ունեն հսկայական ներդում, իսկ հայ ժողովուրդը, որը դարերի խորքից պահպանել և փոխանցել է աշխարհի հնագույն այբուբեններից մեկը, քրիստոնեական արժեքները, արժանի է ամենախորը հարգանքի:

Համերգին ներկա են գտնվել Սարատովի երկրամասի օրենսդիր և գործադիր իշխանությունների ինչպես նաև, տարբեր ազգային փոքրամասնությունների ներկայացուցիչներ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Կարեն Բոթոյանն աշխատանքային այցով գտնվում է Սարատովի երկրամասում, որի ընթացքում տեղի են ունեցել երկկողմ հանդիպումներ, ի թիվս այլ հարցերի, քննարկվել են ներդրումային հնարավորություններ: Այցի ընթացքում Կարեն Բոթոյանը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել նաև հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ՝ ներկայացնելով մարզի սոցիալ–տնտեսական վիճակը և մատնանշել ներդրումային ուղղություններ, ինչպես նաև պատասխանել է համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հարցերին:
