Առողջապահության նախարարությունը տեղեկացնում է

Զարգացած երկրներում սկրինինգի և պատվաստման համակցումով է ապահովվում արգանդի պարանոցի քաղցկեղի հիվանդացության և մահացության ցուցանիշների կտրուկ նվազում, տեղեկացնում է Առողջապահության նախախարությունը:
Մարդու պապիլոմավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստումների վերաբերյալ Ծաղկաձորում ընթացող սեմինարի ժամանակ նոյեմբերի 25-ին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարաության աշխատակազմի մայրական և վերարտադրողական առողջության պահպանման բաժնի պետ, բժշկական գիտությունների դոկտոր Գայանե Ավագյանը լրագրողներին ներկայացրել է Հայաստանում արգանդի պարանոցի քաղցկեղի կանխարգելման ազգային ռազմավարությունը։
Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ աշխարհում, հատկապես՝ զարգացող երկրներում մեծ տարածում ունեցող այս հիվանդությունը Հայաստանում կանանց քաղցկեղների կառուցվածքում զբաղեցնում է 2-րդ տեղը (կրծքագեղձի քաղցկեղից հետո), նախարարությունը 2015 թվականից ամբուլատոր-պոլիկլինիկական համակարգում 30-60 տարեկան կանանց շրջանում իրականացնում է արգանդի պարանոցի քաղցկեղի անվճար սկրինինգային ծրագիր։ Սակայն, ընդգրկվածության ցուցանիշը գոհացուցիչ չէ։
Արգանդի պարանոցի քաղցկեղն առայժմ չարորակ նորագոյացություններից միակն է, որ Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության երաշխավորություններով հնարավոր է առաջնային (ՄՊՎ պատվաստում) և երկրորդային (ՊԱՊ քսուկի սկրինինգ) միջոցով կանխարգելել։ Զարգացած երկրներում այս ճանապարհով է հաջողվել արձանագրել արգանդի պարանոցի քաղցկեղի հիվանդացության և մահացության ցուցանիշների կտրուկ նվազում։
«Ցավոք, մեր կանայք իրենց չեն սիրում և սեփական առողջության մասին չեն մտահոգվում»,ասել է բանախոսը՝ վկայակոչելով այն հանգամանքը, որ նրանց գրեթե կեսը չի օգտվում ընձեռնված հնարավորությունից և չի անցնում այդ հետազոտությունը։
«Իրազեկ և պաշտպանված սպառող» ՀԿի նախագահ Բաբկեն Պիպոյանն իր խոսքում ընդգծել է խնդրի հանրային իրազեկման ռիսկի գնահատման և կառավարման կարևորությունը։ Նա կարծիք է հայտնել, որ նախարարությունը բավարար իրազեկում չի իրականացնում պապիլոմավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստման ներդրման ուղղությամբ և ասել, որ փորձագիտական ծանրակշիռ փաստերն ավելի մատչելի պետք է ներկայացվեն հանրությանը։
ՀՀ ԱՆ Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի գլխավոր տնօրեն Արտավազդ Վանյանը, արձագանքելով լրագրողների և ՀԿների ներկայացուցիչների հարցերին, ներկայացրել է նախարարության անցած դժվարին ճանապարհը իմունականխարգելման ազգային ծրագրի իրականացման ընթացքում։ Նա հիշատակել է մի շարք պատվաստանյութերի ներդրման ընթացքում առաջացած հակազդեցությունները։ Սակայն դրանք հաղթահարվել են, և պատվաստումների արդյունքում արձանագրվել են բարձր ընդգրկվածություն ու մանկական վարակների կանխարգելում։
Նշենք, որ Գերմանացի մասնագետ Հարոլդ զուր Հաուսենը արգանդի պարանոցի քաղցկեղի 99.7% դեպքերում հիվանդ կանանց քաղցկեղային բիոպտատներից անջատեց մարդու պապիլոմավիրուսը՝ դրանով ապացուցելով քաղցկեղի վիրուսային ծագումը՝ արժանանալով Նոբելյան մրցանակի։
Գիտական հետազոտությունների տվյալներով կանանց 80%ն իր կյանքի ընթացքում վարակվում է ՄՊՎով։ Վարակման պիկը 15- 25 տարեկանում է։
Հայաստանում տարեկան միջինում արձանագրվում է արգանդի պարանոցի քաղցկեղի 250 նոր դեպք, 130 մահ։ Ներկայումս դիսպանսեր հսկողության տակ է գտնվում շուրջ 3030 կին։
