Ներդրումները չէին կարող չնվազել. Թաթուլ Մանասերյանը՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ի մասին
ECONOMICSՉկասկածեք, եթե Հայաստանը դուրս եկավ, ապա Ադրբեջանը կդառնա ԵԱՏՄ անդամ: Մենք ուզո՞ւմ ենք մեր դեմ տրամադրել նոր թշնամիներ: Չի կարելի ասել, որ այն, ինչ տեղի է ունենում Ռուսաստանում, Հայաստանում էլ պիտի լինի: Մեզ հուշում էին տնտեսական անկում 2015 թ.-ին, բայց չեղավ »,-ասաց նա։
Հայաստանի կառավարությունը պետք է թիրախավորի ներքին ներդրումները և այնպես անի, որ օտարերկրացին տեսնի, թե ինչպիսի վստահելի գրավիչ դաշտ է, որ ինքն էլ մասնակից դառնա։
Այս մասին, Past.am-ի փոխանցմամբ, ԱԺ-ում հրավիրված ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու գործընթաց սկսելու մասին լսումներին հայտնեց տնտեսագետ Թաթուլ Մանասերյանը: Ըստ նրա՝ ներդրումները չէին կարող չնվազել, որովհետև ինքներս չենք աշխատել և մեր խնդիրները լուծելու շատ թույլ պատրաստակամություն ենք դրսևորել:
«Ո՞վ ասաց, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ում խնդիր չկա: Եղել է ժամանակ՝ ՀՀ-ից արտահանման կեսից ավելին գնացել է ԵՄ, շատ էինք ուրախանում, ես ասում էի՝ մի քիչ զուսպ եղեք»,-նշեց Մանասերյանը: Վերջին ուրախ է, որ կա «և-և»-ի հնարավորությունը:
«Պատկերացնենք իրավիճակ, երբ «Ելքի» առաջարկն ընդունվում է, դուրս ենք գալիս ԵԱՏՄ-ից: Կարծո՞ւմ եք, թե մի քանի օր առաջ Լավրովն իզուր ասաց, որ ողջունում են Ադրբեջանի անդամակցությունը ԵԱՏՄ-ում:
