Սև ամպեր՝ Անդրանիկ Մանուկյանի գլխին. «Հայկական ժամանակ»
POLITICS«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Մեր տեղեկություններով սեւ ամպեր են կուտակվում Ուկրաինայում ՀՀ արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Անդրանիկ Մանուկյանի գլխին: Մեր հավաստի աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ Մանուկյանի աշխատանքից ո՛չ Ուկրաինայում են «հիացած», ո՛չ էլ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ում, եթե չասենք, որ իրականում շատ դժգոհ են: Մեր աղբյուրները նշում են, որ Անդրանիկ Մանուկյանը իսկական գլխացավանք է դարձել ԱԳՆ-ի համար:
Հաշվի առնելով հայ-ուկրաինական հարաբերությունները, Ուկրաինայում ծավալված ու ծավալվող ներքին իրադարձությունները, Ուկրաինայի հարաբերությունները մեր ռազմավարական գործընկեր Ռուսաստանի, եւ մեր առանցքային գործընկեր դարձող ԵՄ-ի հետ, այն մեզ համար կարեւոր ու «զգայուն» կետ է, ինչը ենթադրում է, որ Ուկրաինայում ՀՀ դեսպանը պետք է լինի խիստ պատրաստված, բարձրակարգ պրոֆեսիոնալ ու կատարի մեծ ծավալի, կարեւոր, նուրբ ու լուրջ աշխատանք: Անդրանիկ Մանուկյանի տվյալները ենթադրվող հատկանիշների պահանջներին չեն բավարարում, եւ բացի այդ, նա իր բիզնեսների համար է մեծ ծավալի աշխատանք տանում:
Այդ մասին, սակայն ԱԳՆ-ում բարձրաձայն չեն խոսում: Հարցն այն է, որ դեսպաններին նշանակում է ՀՀ նախագահը, ու Անդրանիկ Մանուկյանն էլ նշանակվել է Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրամանագրով: Եվ դեմ արտահայտվել Անդրանիկ Մանուկյանի՝ Ուկրաինայում ՀՀ դեսպանը լինելու փաստին, կնշանակի դեմ արտահայտվել Սերժ Սարգսյանի որոշմանը: Իսկ նման «գլխացավանքի» տակ ոչ ոք չի ուզում մտնել:
Անդրանիկ Մանուկյանից դժգոհության ու համբերության բաժակի վերջին կաթիլը, ասում են մեր աղբյուրները, ուկրաինացի լրագրողների հետ կապված միջադեպն էր: Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 16-ին ուկրաինական ICTV հեռուստաընկերության նկարահանող խմբի անդամներին թույլ չէին տվել մուտք գործել ՀՀ տարածք:
Դրանից հետո ուկրաինացի լրագրողներից Եվգենի Լեսնոյը մեզ հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց, որ իրենք նախնական համաձայնություններ են ունեցել հենց Ուկրաինայում ՀՀ դեսպանատան ու մասնավորապես՝ դեսպանի հետ:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են մեր աղբյուրները՝ ԱԳՆ-ում լուրջ հարցեր են առաջացել. բոլորին հետաքրքրում է, թե ինչո՞ւ է Ուկրաինայում ՀՀ դեսպան Անդրանիկ Մանուկյանն ինքնագլուխ քայլեր արել, ու պայմանավորվածություններ ձեռք բերել ուկրաինացի լրագրողների հետ՝ առանց այդ հարցը ԱԳՆ-ի հետ համաձայնեցնելու: ԱԳՆ-ում վստահ են, որ հենց Անդրանիկ Մանուկյանի «ոչ կոմպետենտությունն» է պատճառը, որ ուկրաինացի լրագրողները եկել, հասել են մեր սահմանային անցակետ»:
