1.6 լիտր շարժիչով «Opel»-ի մաքսատուրքը կհասնի 6000 եվրոյի «Հայկական ժամանակ»
ECONOMICS«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության ղեկավար Դանիել Իոաննիսյանն այսօր ԱԺ-ում անցկացվող «ԵՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու» թեմայով խորհրդարանական լսումների ժամանակ անդրադարձավ ԵՏՄ-ի մաքսատուրքերին:
Նրա խոսքով, ԵՏՄ-ի մաքսային դրույքաչափերի 76 տոկոսն այլ են, քան Հայաստանի շահերից բխող այն դրույքաչափերը, որոնք սահմանել էր նախորդ գումարման ԱԺ-ն:
«Նվազել են 1700 ապրանքատեսակի մաքսային դրույքաչափեր, 6300 ապրանքատեսակի դրույքաչափերն արդեն ավելացել են, դեռեւս 700-ն ավելանալու են առաջիկա տարիներին: Ընդ որում, այդ 700-ն ամենացավոտն ու ամենակարեւորն են»,- ասաց Դանիել Իոաննիսյանն ու նշեց, որ ԵՏՄ-ի հետ Հայաստանի արտաքին առեւտուրը կազմում է ընդհանուր արտաքին առեւտրի մոտ 25 տոկոսը:
Վերջինս նշեց, որ եթե Հայաստանը շարունակի իր անդամակցությունը ԵՏՄ-ին, ապա 2020 թվականից 7 տարուց ավելի հին ավտոմեքենաները մաքսազերծելիս քաղաքացիներն այդ մեքենայի շարժիչի աշխատանքային ծավալից յուրաքանչյուր խորանարդ/սանտիմետրի համար կվճարեն 1.6-ից 2.2 եվրո: «Սա նշանակում է, որ 1.6 լիտր աշխատանքային ծավալի շարժիչով «Opel» տեսակի ավտոմեքենայի մաքսազերծումը կարժենա 2500 եվրո, իսկ 2 լիտր շարժիչի ծավալով մեքենան՝ 4400 եվրո, ընդ որում՝ առանց ԱԱՀ-ի եւ բնօգտագործման հարկերի»,- օրինակ բերեց «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորում» հկ-ի ղեկավարը:
Իոաննիսյանը նկատեց, որ Հայաստանում շահագործվող ավտոմեքենաների միջին տարիքը 15-ից 20 տարեկանն է եւ բնակչության 90 տոկոսը հնարավորություն չունի 7 տարուց ավելի նոր մեքենա գնել, իսկ այժմ վերը նշված օրինակի մեքենան ներկրելն ու մաքսազերծելը արժե մոտ 1000 եվրո: «Երկու տարուց, եթե Հայաստանը մնա ԵԱՏՄ-ում, այդօրինակ մեքենաները մաքսազերծելիս բնակիչները կվճարեն 3500-ից 6 հազար եվրո՝ ներառյալ ԱԱՀ-ն եւ բնօգտագործման հարկը»,- ասաց Դանիել Իոաննիսյանը՝ նշելով, որ նոր մեքենաների ներկրման մաքսատուրքը ավելացել է ընդամենը 10 տոկոսով»:
