Կոռուպցիոն բնույթի 52 հանցագործություն և քրեական հետապնդում՝ 70 անձի նկատմամբ
SOCIETY2017թ. առաջին 9 ամիսներին միայն ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննության վարչության, ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության մարմիններում
քննվող, թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության հետ կապված և
կիբեռհանցագործությունների գործերով վարչության դատախազների և ՀՀ գլխավոր
դատախազության ավագ դատախազների դատավարական ղեկավարման ներքո քննվել է կոռուպցիոն բնույթի հանրային առավել մեծ ուշադրության արժանացող
հանցագործությունների հատկանիշներով հարուցված 52 քրեական գործ:
Դրանցով քրեական հետապնդում է իրականացվել պաշտոնատար և առևտրային
կազմակերպություններում ղեկավար կամ ծառայողական գործառույթներով օժտված 70
անձանց նկատմամբ:
Մասնավորապես՝ Կաշառք տալու, կաշառք ստանալու, կաշառքի միջնորդության հատկանիշներով հարուցված գործերով քրեական հետապնդում է իրականացվել դատարանի 1 նախագահի, 2 դատավորի, 1 դատախազի, մաքսակետի 1 պետի, ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական ապահովության հարցերի նախարարության ԲՍՓՀ գործակալության 1 պետի, նույն գործակալության տարբեր տարածային հանձնաժողովների 11 նախագահների և տարածային հանձնաժողովի 1 բժշկի, ՔԿՀ 2 պաշտոնատար անձանց, 2 քննիչի, ՀՀ ոստիկանության ՃՈ ծառայության 4 տեսուչի, հարկային 1 տեսուչի, ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության ուղեկցող գումարտակի 2 ծառայողի, ՀՀ ԱԱԾ սահմանապահ զորքերի «Զվարթնոց» ՍՎԲ հերթափոխի 2 պետի, ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության տրանսպորտի տեսչության 2 տեսուչների նկատմամբ:
Պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու, պաշտոնեական լիազորություններն անցնելու, պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով յուրացում կատարելու, պաշտոնեական անփութության և պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու առերևույթ հանցագործության հատկանիշներով հարուցված գործերով քրեական հետապնդում իրականացված անձանց թվում են ՀՀ ԿԱ անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի մարզային ստորաբաժանման 1 ղեկավար և ղեկավարի 1 տեղակալ, համայնքապետարանի աշխատակազմի 1 բաժնի պետ, ՀՀ ոստիկանության բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի 1 պետ, ՀՀ ոստիկանության բաժնի պետի օպերատիվ գծով 1 տեղակալ, ՀՀ ոստիկանության բաժնի պետի ծառայության գծով 1 տեղակալ, 2 քննիչ, ՔԿՀ անվտանգության բաժնի 1 մասնագետ, ՀՀ ոստիկանության բաժնի հետաքննության գծով 3 տեսուչ, համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքի 1 պետ, համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքի 1 տեսուչ, ՀՀ ոստիկանության ՃՈ ծառայության 6 տեսուչ, հարկային 1 տեսուչ, մաքսային 8 տեսուչ, ՁՊՎ 1 ոստիկան:
Առևտրային կաշառքի, առևտրային կամ այլ կազմակերպությունների ծառայողների
կողմից լիազորությունները չարաշահելու առերևույթ դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցված
քրեական գործերով քրեական հետապնդում է իրականացվել մասնավորապես 2 ԲՈՒՀ-ի
ռեկտորի, բանկի վարչության 1 նախագահի, Հայփոստ» ՓԲԸ փոստային
առաքումների տեսակավորման կենտրոնի 1 օպերատորի, 1 անկախ գնահատողի
նկատմամբ:
Հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում պաշտոնատար և առևտրային կազմակերպություններում ղեկավար կամ ծառայողական գործառույթներով օժտված վերոնշյալ անձանցից 39-ի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործերն արդեն մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել են դատարաններ:
