Իշխանությունները նայում են թվերին, ժողովուրդը՝ իրական կյանքին
POLITICSԱյն, որ երկրում սոցիալ-տնտեսական իրավիճակը գնալով սրվում է, երկու կարծիք լինել չի կարող: Եվ դա խոսում է այն մասին, որ իրականության զգացումից բացի «վերևների» և «ներքևների» միջև կապը ոչ միայն կտրվել է, այլև՝ չի գործում:
Իշխանություններն այնքան են կտրվել իրական կյանքից, որ չեն էլ պատկերացնում, թե իրենց շուրջն ինչ է կատարվում, ինչու է սննդամթերքը թանկանում, կամ ասենք՝ ինչու է սովորական մարդու կյանքն օր օրի վատանում:
Եվ այս ամենը շտկելու փոխարեն, նրանք հենվում են վիճակագրական ցուցանիշների վրա, մոռանալով, որ դրանք հիմնականում նկարվում են դրսին ու աշխարհին ցույց տալու համար, որ Հայաստանում ամեն ինչ լավ է, իսկ ներդրումներ կատարելը՝ շահավետ և այլն:
Նրանք մոռանում են, սակայն, որ նկարած թվերով հնարավոր չէ ներդրումների համար գրավիչ միջավայր ստեղծել, քանի որ ներդրողն առաջվա միամիտը չէ, որ իշխանությունների հորինած հեքիաթներին հավատա:
Այսօր մարդիկ ավելի ինֆորմացված են, քան պատկերացնում են իշխանությունները: Եվ այս ֆոնի վրա նրանց կողմից ներկայացվող ցանկացած «գրավիչ» առաջարկ կամ «լուսավոր» միտք ավելի շուտ տխուր հեքիաթի էֆեկտ է առաջացնում, ինչը լուրջ խոչընդոտ է երջանիկ ապագա կառուցելու ցանկությունն իրականություն դարձնելու համար:
Այս ամենից խուսափելու և կուտակված ստի ու կեղծիքի «ամպը» ցրելու համար, իշխանությունները պարտավոր են ոչ թե հենվել սեփական պատվերով նկարված վիճակագրական թվերի, այլ՝ իրական կյանքով ապրող ժողովրդի ներկայացրած ցուցանիշների վրա: Դրանով նախ կկարողանան ախտորոշել ու հետո՝ բուժել հիվանդ մարմինը:
Հակառակ դեպքում իրականության մասին իշխանությունների պատկերացումները կմնան հեքիաթային, իսկ իրական կյանքի մատուցած անակնկալները՝ նրանց համար անհասկանալի: Ու այդպես էլ չեն հասկանա, թե այս «հրաշք» աշխարհից մարդիկ ինչու են այդքան ուզում փախչել, չհասկանալով, որ ո՛չ թե երկրից են գնում, այլ՝ անասելի հոգնել են իրենց ստերից:
