– Ոչ մի ազդեցություն էլ չի ունենա: ՍԾՏՀ ԽՎ–ն, ըստ էության, երկրորդական կառույց է: Փաստացի կարելի է ասել, որ նախաձեռնողն ուկրաինական պատվիրակությունն էր: Ուղղակի տհաճ է, որ այսպիսի վիրավորական քայլերով հանդես եկան: Իրենք ունեն Ղրիմի և Դոմբասի խնդիր: Իրենց հիմնական խնդիրն այս հռչակագրով ռուսներին հարվածելն էր, բայց ավտոմատ մենք էլ հայտնվեցինք դաշտում: Պետք է սառը դատենք և հասկանանք, որ այս կառույցում հավաքված երկրները շատ մոտ են այն դիրքորոշմանը, որը հակասում է մեր ազգային և պետական շահերին: Պետք է արձանագրենք այս փաստն ու առաջ անցնենք:
