Համաշխարհային բանկը դրական է գնահատել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում վերջին տարում իրականացված հարկային վարչարարությունը: ՀՀԿ պատգամավոր, ԱԺ տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վարդան Այվազյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում խոսեց իրավիճակի, ինչպես նաև անելիքների մասին:

Ըստ պատգամավորի՝ տնտեսությունը կենդանի օրգանիզմ է, որի հետ պետք է աշխատել զարգացմանը զուգընթաց, այսինքն՝ փոփոխությունները պետք է լինեն համարժեք:

«Վերջին ժամանակահատվածում իրականացված բարեփոխումներն ուղղված էին աշխուժացնել փոքր և միջին բիզնեսը՝ թեթևացնելով վարչարարության գործիքները: Չնայած դրան՝ դեռևս պահպանվում են անհարկի ստուգումների հետ կապված հարցերը»,- ասաց պատգամավորը՝ շեշտելով, որ ամեն ինչ արվել է թեթևացնելու ՓՄՁ-ների հարկային բեռը:

Այվազյանը կարևորեց նաև այն, որ կառավարությունը շուտով ԱԺ կբերի հարկային նոր օրենքսգիրքը, որի մատչելիությունը և օրենսդրական կարգավորումների ճիշտ ընտրությունը, ըստ պատգամավորի, կհանգեցնեն տնտեսության աշխուժացմանը:

«Տնտեսական այս բարդ իրավիճակում, երբ ճգնաժամը շարունակվում է, պայմանավորված ռուբլու արժեզրկմամբ և նավթի գների իջեցմամբ, նոր հարկային օրենսդրությամբ փորձ է արվել տալ իրավիճակային լուծումներ, ինչը բավականին ողջունելի է»,- նշեց պատգամավորը՝ շետելով, որ համաշխարհային իրադարձություններն առաջին հերթին հարվածի տակ են դնում տնտեսության զարգացումը, իսկ ճիշտ հարկային վարչարարություն կապահովի նման ազդեցությունների չեզոքացումը:
