Գյումրու տնակներում ապրող ընտանիքներին գումար կհատկացվի. քաղաքապետարանն ընդունել է սխալը

Դեկտեմբերի 6-ին Գյումրու ավագանու քննարկմանն ու հաստատմանն է ներկայացվելու քաղաքի ժամանակավոր կացարաններում (տնակներում) բնակվող 870 ընտանիքի 13 մլն 50 հազար ՀՀ դրամ հատկացնելու մասին որոշման նախագիծ: Նախատեսվում է յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքի տրամադրել 15 հազար ՀՀ դրամ`ջեռուցման ծախսերը հոգալու նպատակով:
Այս մասին հայտնում է asparez.am-ը՝ հավելելով, որ որոշման նախագծին, սակայն, կցված չեն այդ ընտանիքների տվյալները:
Նախագիծը զեկուցող, Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի ֆինանսատնտեսագիտական բաժնի պետ Լենա Ջիլավյանն «Ասպարեզ»-ի հետ զրույցում նշել է, որ դեռեւս հստակ չէ, թե տնակներում բնակվող որ ընտանիքներին են գումարը հատկացնելու: «Ավագանու որոշումից հետո հանձնաժողովն ընտրելու է տնակներում բնակվող խիստ անապահով ընտանիքներին, քաղաքապետարանն էլ հատկացնելու է յուրաքանչյուրին 15 հազար ՀՀ դրամ: Խաչատուր Բալասանյանը նաեւ իր կողմից մեկ միլիոն դրամ է հատկացնելու, հույս ունենք, որ եւս մեկ միլիոն կկարողանանք գտնել, որպեսզի գոնե ընդհանուր 1.000 ընտանիքի ջեռուցման ծախսերը փոխանցենք»,-ասում է Լ.Ջիլավյանը:
Գյումրու անապահով ընտանիքների մի մասն էլ բնակվում է վթարավտանգ շենքերում եւ կիսակառույցներում. այդ ընտանիքներն արդեն տեղյակ են այս ծրագրից եւ մի քանի օր է` դժգոհում են, որ քաղաքապետարանն այս առումով իրենց անտեսում է, ավագանին չի զբաղվում իրենց հարցերով:
Հավանաբար, այս անապահով ընտանիքների հարցը կբարձրացվի ավագանու նիստում:
Մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ հրապարակել էինք «Գյումրիում անօթեւանները վառելիք չունեն, իսկ քաղաքապետարանը 7 միլիոնանոց Ամանորի է պատրաստվում» հոդվածը` ընդգծելով քաղաքի աղքատությունն ու Բալասանյանի հրավառություններ կազմակերպելու ձգտումը: Այս ընթացքում քաղաքապետարանը չուներ վերը նշված ծրագիր:
