Սուր շնչառական վարակների առումով իրավիճակը հանրապետությունում սեզոնին համապատասխան է։ Այս մասին Tert.am –ի հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ Առողջապահության նախարարության աշխատակազմի վտանգավոր և օդակաթիլային վարակների համաճարակաբանության բաժնի պետ Լիանա Թորոսյանը:
«Օրինաչափ վիճակում ենք սուր շնչառական վարակների առումով: Վերջին շաբաթում ուղղակի գրիպի Բ տեսակի երեք հաստատված դեպք ունենք՝ թեթև, որոնք իրենց բուժումները ստացել են և ունեն դրական դինամիկա»,-ասաց Թորոսյանը:
Լիանա Թորոսյանի խոսքով` բացի այն, որ գրիպի հարուցիչներ են շրջանառվում, կան նաև այլ սուր շնչառական վարակների հարուցիչներ:
«Տարբեր հարուցիչներ են շրջանառվում: Վիճակը տրամաբանական է, որ պետք լինեն, չլինել չեն կարող, որովհետև 40-րդ շաբաթից ՀՀ-ն գտնվում է գրիպի սեզոնի մեջ: Գրիպի Ա տեսակի դեռևս որևէ դեպք չի գրանցվել»,-ասաց Թորոսյանը։
Նա նաև նշեց, որ սուր շնչառական վարակների պարագայում վտանգավորության աստիճանը կամ տևողությունը կախված է օրգանիզմից, կարող են լինել բարդություններ քրոնիկ հիվանդների մոտ կամ երեխաների շրջանում: Առողջապահության նախարարությունից առաջին ու անփոփոխ հորդորը՝ ինքնաբուժությամբ չզբաղվելն է:
«Ինքնաբուժությամբ չզբաղվել, դիմել բժշկական հաստատություններ, առողջ ապրելակերպ վարել, հաճախակի օդափոխել տարածքը և ամենակարևորը զերծ մնալ հակաբիոտիկների օգտագործումից»- ասաց Լիանա Թորոսյանը:
Նրա խոսքով, քանի որ գրիպի հարուցիչը վարակն է, բակտերիաներին սպանող հակաբիոտիկները չեն կարող ոչ մի կերպ օգնել գրիպի դեպքում: Դրանք միայն կարող են վնասել. գրիպի ժամանակ մարդու իմունային համակարգը թուլանում է, և օրգանիզմն ավելի խոցելի է դառնում: Եթե մարդը հակաբիոտիկներ է ընդունում, դա միայն էլ ավելի է նպաստում իմունիտետի թուլացմանը, քանի որ վնասակար մանրէների հետ մահանում են և օգտակարները:
Լիանա Թորոսյանը նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ նախորդ շաբաթվա տվյալներով՝ պոլիկլինիկական հաստատություններում գրանցված սուր շնչառական վարակների դեպքերը 2 500-ն են ամբողջ հանրապետությունում: Նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում այս թիվը եղել է 4 000-ը: 2015-2016 թվականներին՝ 2 300-ի սահմաններում:
