Արտաշատի նոր քաղաքապետը ազատվում է Աբրահամյանի կադրերից. «Հրապարակ»
POLITICS«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.
«Արտաշատի նորընտիր քաղաքապետ Կարեն Բենիամինյանը նախօրեին աշխատանքից ազատել է նախկին քաղաքապետ Արգամ Աբրահամյանի կադրերից մեկին՝ «Արտաշատ համայնքի բնակարանային տնտեսություն» ՍՊԸ տնօրեն Վազգեն Հովհաննիսյանին:
Հովհաննիսյանն ինքն է դիմում ներկայացրել, որը ներկայացվել է ավագանու արտահերթ նիստում: Այս յուղոտ պաշտոնում նշանակված անձը Մկրտիչ Ալբերտի Ղազարյանն է՝ Բենիամինյանի մտերիմ շրջապատից:
Նշենք, որ հիշյալ ՍՊԸ-ն ստեղծվել էր Արգամ Աբրահամյանի օրոք՝ 2016-ին, որի նպատակն է համայնքին պատկանող կոմունալ կառույցների, բնակֆոնդի, բնակելի շենքերի եւ շինությունների պահպանման, շահագործման եւ վերանորոգման աշխատանքների կազմակերպման եւ կատարման միջոցով շահույթ ստանալը:
Ընկերության գործունեության ժամկետն անսահմանափակ է (Պետռեգիստրում 1995թ. գրանցված է նաեւ «Արտաշատ համայնքի բնակարանային տնտեսություն» ՓԲԸ-ն): Նկատենք, որ ավագանու որոշմամբ արդեն մի քանի բնակարան է նվիրվել համայնքի բնակիչներին: Վերջին թարմ դեպքը նախօրեին էր:
Ավագանու արտահերթ նիստում, ընդառաջելով համայնքի Շահումյան փողոցի շենքերից մեկի բնակչի՝ համայնքապետարան հասցեագրված 16.11.2017 թ. դիմումին, համայնքի սեփականությունը հանդիսացող 38.04 քմ ընդհանուր մակերեսով բնակարանը որոշվել է նվիրել բնակչին: Որպես ժամանակավոր կացարան, բնակիչն այդտեղ ապրել է 1994-ից:
Չտեսնված օպերատիվություն է՝ բնակարան նվիրելու խնդրանքով դիմում ես հղում համայնքապետարան, և 13 օր անց, առանց ձգձգումների ու քաշքշուկների, դիմումդ բավարարվում է: Ավագանու այս տարվա նախորդ նիստերում համայնքային սեփականություն հանդիսացող այլ բնակարաններ էլ են նվիրվել:
Մասնավորապես՝ Մխչյան փողոցի (այս փողոցի հասցեներից մեկում է ներկայում հաշվառված նաեւ Բենիամինյանը) 119 բազմաբնակարան շենքի 38,97 քմ մակերեսով, Շահումյան փողոցի շենքերից մեկի 20,56 քմ մակերեսով բնակարանները: Մեկ տարի առաջ էլ, երբ քաղաքապետն Արգամ Աբրահամյանն էր, բնակարանների հերթական նվիրատվությունները տեղի ունեցան: Մասնավորապես՝ Դուրյան փողոցի բազմաբնակարան շենքերից մեկի 74,55 քմ մակերեսով եւ դարձյալ Շահումյան փողոցի թիվ 2 շենքի 51,66 քմ մակերեսով բնակարանները նվիրվեցին համայնքի բնակիչներին: Նախանձելի առատաձեռնություն»:
