Արցախի Մատենադարանի բացումը կկայանա նոյեմբերին

Գանձասարի վանական համալիրի հարեւանությամբ կառուցված ճեմարանում հարդարման եւ կահավորման վերջին աշխատանքներն են ընթանում, եւ նոյեմբերից կառույցը կհամալրի Արցախի գիտական եւ մշակութային կենտրոնների ցանկը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ԼՂՀ մշակույթի նախարար ՆարինեԱղաբալյանը շեշտեց, որ «Գանձասար» գիտամշակութային կենտրոնում կլինեն բազմաթիվ ցուցանմուշներ, գրքեր, մագաղաթաներ, մատյաններ, որոնք ներկայացնում են Արցախի պատմությունն ու մշակութային եւ հոգեւոր ժառանգությունը: Շենքի ճարտարապետական լուծումն այնպիսին է, որ կառույցի արտաքին տեսքը չի փոխում եւ միայն հարմարեցվել է Մատենադարանի պայմաններին:
«Գիտական աշխատանքի, գիտահետազոտական գործունեության համար կան բոլոր պայմանները: Կա դահլիճ, որտեղ պետք է անցկացվեն գիտաժողովներ, հանդիպումներ: Հետազոտական աշխատանքների, ուսումնասիրությունների համար նույնպես կան պայմաններ»,- ասաց Աղաբալյանը` հավելելով, որ սկզբնական փուլում Մեսրոպ Մաշտոցի անվ. ձեռագրերի գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտի աշխատողները ներգրավված կլինեն ծրագրում` կօգնեն ոչ միայն գործընթացը սկսելու, այլեւ կադրեր պատրաստելու հարցում:
Նարինե Աղաբալյանը շեշտեց, որ կառույցի վայրը պատահական չէ, քանի որ Գանձասարը ոչ միայն Արցախի հոգեւոր, այլեւ գրչության եւ արվեստի կենտրոնն է համարվում: Վանական կենտրոնն ունեցել է ձեռագրատուն, ձեռագրերի հարուստ հավաքածու, որոնց մեծ մասը, ցավոք, դարերի ընթացքում ոչնչացվել է:
«Գանձասարից բացի, Արցախում շատ են եղել գրչության կենտրոններ, ստեղծվել են բազմաթիվ ձեռագրեր: Արցախյան մանրանկարչությունն Արցախի մշակութային ժառանգության կարեւոր բաղադրիչներից է եւ, մատենադարան ստեղծելով, փորձ է արվելու այդ ժառանգությունը պահպանել եւ հանրահռչակել: Փորձելու ենք ժամանակավոր եւ մշտական ցուցադրությունների միջոցով ներկայացնել այդ հարստությունը»,- ասաց Նարինե Աղաբալյանը` հավելելով, որ Մատենադարանի բացմանը զուգահեռ կկայանա նաեւ Արցախի հոգեւոր եւ գրչության կենտրոնների վերաբերյալ պատկերագրքի շնորհանդեսը:
«Սա մեր ունեցածն ի մի բերելու եւ ներկայացնելու հնարավորություն է, քանի որ ունեցել ենք նկարիններ, մտավորականներ, գրողներ եւ այն ամենը, որ ստեղծվել է նախորդ սերունդերի կողմից որպես պատմամշակութային ժառանգություն, պետք է կարողանանք պահպանել, վերարտադրել եւ ներկայացնել»,-ասաց Արցախի մշակույթի նախարարը:
Նարինե Աղաբալյանի փոխանցմամբ, Մատենադարանում մի քանի տարի է պատրաստվում են արցախյան ձեռագրերի ընդօրինակություններ: Ներկա դրությամբ Մեսրոպ Մաշտոցի անվ. ձեռագրերի գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտը խոստացել է շուրջ հարյուր ցուցանմուշ տրամադրել: Արցախում վստահ են, որ այդ թիվը ժամանակի ընթացքում կմեծանա, քանի որ Մատենադարանի վերակառուցմանը զուգահեռ կատարվում են հավաքագրման աշխատանքներ:
Արցախի Մատենադարանի շինարարական աշխատանքը ղեկավարում է ԼՂՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարարութունը եւ ճարտարապետն այն նույն անձնավորությունն է,ով ժամանակին նախագծել է ճեմարանի շենքը: Շենքի կառուցման համար մեծ ներդրում է կատարել «Փյունիկ» համահայկական հիմանդրամը` ԼՂՀ կառավարությանըտրամադրելով 138 միլիոն դրամ:
