Ներքին թշնամու բացահայտման և Հայաստան–ԵՄ համաձայնագրի մասին
POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Հայաստան–ԵՄ ասոցացման համաձայնագիրը ստորագրել–չստորագրելու շուրջ բարձրացված աղմուկը ժամանակային առումով թեև մնացել է անցյալում, բայց պարզվում է, որ դրա արձագանքները մինչ օրս էլ շարունակում են օրակարգային թեմա մնալ: Շատերը, նույնիսկ, ստորագրման արարողությունը սեփական աչքերով տեսնելուց հետո էլ չեն կարողանում շունչ քաշել ու առաջ նայել: Եվ հիմա սկսել են անիմաստ նմանություններ և տարբերություններ փնտրել 2013 թ.–ի և ներկա տարբերակների միջև:
Իրականում այս թեմայով ասելիքն այնքան սուղ է, որ իմաստ էլ չունի դրանց դրույթ առ դրույթ անդրադառնալ: Դրա փոխարեն ավելի ողջամիտ կլինի, որ բոլորը փորձեն կանգ առած մեքենան առաջ մղելու մասին մտածել: Լավ կլիներ, որ անցյալը փորելու փոխարեն մտածեին, թե այսօրվանից հետո ինչ պետք է անել, որ երկիրը բարոյահոգեբանական փոսից դուրս գա և արագ զարգանա:
Բայց արի ու տես, որ ոչ բոլորն են խանդավառված այս համաձայնագրի ստորագրումից: Կան մարդիկ, ում պետք չէ, որ Հայաստանը զարգանա և տասնամյակների ընթացքում պղտորված ջրերը պարզվեն: Հայտնի է, որ պղտոր ջրում է ավելի հեշտ ձուկ բռնելը: Եվ այս տեսանկյունից, բնական է, որ շատերին պետք չէ, որ երկիրը տասնամյակների կեղտից ու կեղծիքից ազատվի:
Դա է պատճառը, որ երկրի վաղվա օրով «մտահոգ» քաղաքական գործիչների մի մասն անհասկանալի պատճառներով որոշել է անժամկետ լռել, իսկ ովքեր, այնուամենայնիվ, ուզում են երևալ, որոշել են ստորագրված փաստաթուղթը համեմատել նախորդ տարբերակի հետ ու դրանց միջև մոտավորապես 10 տարբերություն գտնել:
Թե ում համար են այդ տարբերությունները, որոնք վաղուց մնացել են անցյալում, հասկանալի չէ, բայց այս քայլով ավելի տեսանելի է դառնում, թե ում պետք չէր, որ Հայաստանը զարգանա: Պարզ չէ նաև, թե նման անհատներն ինչու այն չեն մարսում, որովհետև «կաթից» են կտրվելո՞ւ, թե երկրի հանդեպ ունեցած ատելությունն է այդքան շատ:
