Ստորագրվել է Երևանի կոշտ թափոնների կառավարման ծրագրի դրամաշնորհային համաձայնագիր

Դեկտեմբերի 1-ին ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի (ԵՆԲ) միջև «Երևանի կոշտ թափոններ» ծրագրի շրջանակներում ստորագրվել է Արևելյան Եվրոպայի էներգախնայողության և շրջակա միջավայրի գործընկերության տարածաշրջանային հիմնադրամի (E5P հիմնադրամ) միջոցներից 2 մլն եվրո արժողությամբ դրամաշնորհային համաձայնագիրը: Այն ստորագրել են ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը և Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի փոխնախագահ Վազիլ Հուդակը:
Համաձայնագրի ստորագրմանը ներկա են գտնվել նաև Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը և ՎԶԵԲ-ում E5P հիմնադրամի տնօրեն տիկին Էվա Մանիկը:
Ծրագիրը երեք բաղադրիչների միջոցով նպաստելու է Երևանի կոշտ կենցաղային թափոնների կառավարման համակարգի բարելավմանը: Առաջին բաղադրիչը նոր սանիտարական աղբավայրի առաջին երկու գոտիների և օժանդակ ենթակառուցվածքի կառուցումն է: Նոր աղբավայրը, որը տեղակայվելու է Նուբարաշենում գործող աղբավայրի հարևանությամբ և գտնվելու է Երևանի կենտրոնից 12 կմ հեռավորության վրա, կնվազեցնի գործող ոչ սանիտարական աղբավայրի անբարենպաստ ազդեցությունը շրջակա միջավայրի, հանրային առողջության և կլիմայի վրա:
Ծրագրի երկրորդ բաղադրիչն ընդգրկում է գործող աղբավայրի փակումը և վերականգնումը՝ նոր աղբավայրը շահագործման հանձնելուց հետո:
Ծրագրի երրորդ բաղադրիչը կնպաստի այնպիսի համակարգերի և օբյեկտների նախապատրաստմանը և ներդրմանը, որոնք կավելացնեն վերամշակման ծավալները՝ երկարացնելով նոր աղբավայրի օգտակար շահագործման ժամկետը:
Համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում ներգրավվող դրամաշնորհային միջոցները նախատեսված է ուղղել ծրագրի երկրորդ բաղադրիչի ֆինանսավորմանը:
Ծրագիրը ֆինանսավորվում է հետևյալ կերպ. 8 մլն եվրո վարկ Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկից (ԵՆԲ), 8 մլն եվրո վարկ՝ Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկից (ՎԶԵԲ), 8 մլն եվրո դրամաշնորհ՝ Եվրոպական Միությունից՝ Հարևանության ներդրումային գործիքի միջոցով, 2 մլն եվրո դրամաշնորհ՝ E5P հիմնադրամից:
