POLITICS«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է․
«Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ` չնայած «Ընտանիքում բռնության կանխարգելման, ընտանիքում բռնության ենթարկված անձանց պաշտպանության և ընտանիքում համերաշխության վերականգնման մասին» տրանսֆորմացիա ապրած օրենքի նախագիծը ներառված է երեքշաբթի մեկնարկող ԱԺ քառօրյայում, բայց հնարավոր է տեղափոխվի կառավարության նախաձեռնությամբ դեկտեմբերի 12-ին հրավիրված արտահերթ:
Այս քառօրյան շատ ծանրաբեռնված է բյուջեի նախագծով, դրան առնչվող հարակից օրենքներով, այդ թվում և` Ռուսաստանի կողմից Հայաստանին տրամադրվելիք 100 մլն․ դոլար վարկի համաձայնագրով:
«Ընտանեկան բռնության մասին» օրենքի քննարկումները կրկին թե՞ժ կանցնեն՝ հարցրինք ԱԺ մեր աղբյուրին։ «Չէ, օրենքը լավ վերամշակել են մեր` ՀՀԿ ֆրակցիայի կողմից, այլևս որևէ պրետենզիա չկա։ Բոլոր առաջարկները հաշվի են առնվել, ՀՀԿ ֆրակցիայում փակ քննարկում է եղել՝ Դավիթ Հարությունյանի ոչ մի պնդում, սկսած վերնագրից, չի անցել։
Նկատեք` վերնագրում բացակայում է «ընտանեկան բռնություն» եզրույթը, ավելացել է «համերաշխությունը», մնացել է այն, ինչ կա Քրեական օրենսգրքում»:
