 ՀՀ դատախազության պատվիրակությունը ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի գլխավորությամբ գտնվում է Արցախի Հանրապետությունում:  Դեկտեմբերի 2-ին Ստեփանակերտում տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Արցախի Հանրապետության դատախազությունների կոլեգիայի համատեղ նիստ: Օրակարգում եղել են շրջակա միջավայրի անվտանգության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով նախաքննության նկատմամբ հսկողության և մեղադրանքի  պաշտպանության վիճակին առնչվող հարցերը:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից, կոլեգիայի համատեղ նիստը բացել է ԱՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Մոսիյանը: Ստեփանակերտում գտնվելու կապակցությամբ ողջունելով Հայաստանի գործընկերներին՝ նա երկու դատախազությունների միջև համագործակցության և փորձի ակտիվ փոխանակման համատեքստում կարևորել է նման ձևաչափով համատեղ միջոցառումների պարբերաբար կազմակերպման նշանակությունը:

Նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել են հայկական երկու պետություններում շրջակա միջավայրի անվտանգության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը, այս գործերով նախաքննության նկատմամբ հսկողության և դատարաններում մեղադրանքի  պաշտպանության պրակտիկան և դրա ընթացքում ի հայտ եկող գործնական խնդիրները: Նկատի ունենալով և՛ Արցախում, և՛ Հայաստանում անտառային ֆոնդերի առկայությունը՝ հիմնական ուշադրություն է դարձվել ապօրինի անտառահատումների կանխարգելման, հանցագործությունների բացահայտման, հարուցված քրեական գործերով օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի նախաքննության անցկացման, պետությանը հասցված վնասի վերականգնման, այս հանցագործություններում ներգրավված անձանց ամբողջական շրջանակի  բացահայտման և պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու խնդիրներին, վարվող պատժողական քաղաքականությանը: ՀՀ դատախազության ներկայացուցիչները Արցախի իրենց գործընկերներին են ներկայացրել այս ուղղություններով ՀՀ դատախազության կուտակած փորձն ու վերջին նախաձեռնությունների արդյունավետությունը:      

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը շեշտել է երկու հայկական պետությունների օրենքների համապատասխանեցման և հանցավորության դեմ պայքարում միասնական պրակտիկայի կիրառման անհրաժեշտությունը, փորձի փոխանակումն ու գերակա ուղղություններում իրականացված աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ փոխադարձ իրազեկումը: Նա հանձնարարել է միջոցներ ձեռնարկել՝ այսուհետև ՀՀ դատախազությունում անցկացվող կոլեգիաների նիստերին ու կարևոր թեմաներով քննարկումներին արցախցի գործընկերների մասնակցությունն ապահովելու, ինչպես նաև ընդունվող որոշումներն օպերատիվ կերպով Արցախի դատախազությանը հասու դարձնելու համար: «Մենք պետք է միևնույն օրգանիզմի նման ամեն օր համատեղ աշխատենք, յուրաքանչյուրիս  ձեռքբերումը պիտի արագ և հասու լինի մեր արցախցի գործընկերներին»,-ասել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը:
