ANALYSISԱսոցացման շուրջ աղմուկը գնալով մարում է: Կարծես հիմնական էյֆորիան արդեն անցյալում է և հիմա արդեն իսկ նոր իրականության հետ առերեսվելու ժամանակն է: Իսկ ինչպիսին է այդ իրականությունը և ինչպիսին են բուն անելիքները: Ասել թե Հայաստանում հասարակությունը մեծ շուքով ընդունեց ԵՄ հետ համաձայնագիրը, ճիշտ չի լինի: Փաստացի հասարակությունը, որը տարեցտարի օտարվել է քաղաքականությունից, դեկլարատիվ իրադարձություններից որևէ հույս չունի:
Ըստ այդմ համաձայնագիրն ավելի շատ ուրախացրել էր իշխանությանն ու մերձիշխանական շրջանակներին: Ասել է, թե սա ավելի շուտ քաղաքական, քան սոցիալական ռեզոնանս է առաջացրել: Ինչևէ, իշխանությունը այս անգամ ստացավ համապատասխան քարտ բլանշը, բայց այն ենթադրելու է նաև հետևողական աշխատանք ՝ համաձայնագրի կետերի ուղղությամբ:
Իսկ աշխատանքի հիմնական թիրախները լինելու են կոռուպցիան, դատական ռեֆորմները, տնտեսական ազատությունները: Հենց այստեղ է, որ արդեն էֆեկտը կորցրած էյֆորիան վեր է ածվում բարդ պարադոքսի Սարգսյանի ու նրա իշխանության համար: Որովհետև հայաստանյան վերնախավը, որը ձևավորվել է կոռուպցիայի ու մոնոպոլիաների հիմքով, չի կարող պայքարել երևույթների դեմ, որոնց կրողն է:
Ստացվում է, որ հայաստանյան էսթաբլիշմենթը ունի երկու ճանապարհ. կամ կապկել փոփոխություններ ՝ ցուցարաբար մեկ-երկու խոշոր բիզնեսմենի, դատավորի, դատախազի վրա գործեր հարուցելով: Կամ ընդհանրապես ոչինչ չանել: Երկու դեպքում էլ պարզ է, որ բուն ռեֆորմների այս համակարգն ունակ չէ, անգամ մեծ ցանկության դեպքում, որոհետև գնալ այդ ռեֆորմներին կնշանակի ըստ էության հանձնել իշխանությունը:
