Կաշառք ստանալու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են երեք անձինք, այդ թվում` ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներ

 ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելու, կաշառք ստանալու, ինչպես նաև քաղաքացիների կողմից կաշառքի միջնորդության և կաշառք տալու առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ձերբակալվել են երեք անձինք, այդ թվում` ՀՀ ոստիկանության «Ճանապարհային ոստիկանություն» ծառայության աշխատակիցներ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության լրատվական ծառայությունից, Կոտայքի մարզի Հրազդան քաղաքի բնակիչ Շ. Մակոյանը «B» և «C» կարգերի վարորդական վկայական ստանալու նպատակով դիմել է իր ծանոթ Հ. Մամիկոնյանին, ով առաջարկել է իր միջոցով պաշտոնատար անձանց 160.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք տալու դեպքում կազմակերպել հիշյալ վկայականի ստացումը: Շ. Մակոյանն այդ մասին հայտնել է ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությանը: 07.11.2017թ.-ին ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Շ. Մակոյանը և Հ. Մամիկոնյանն այցելել են ՀՀ ոստիկանության «Ճանապարհային ոստիկանություն» ծառայության Երևանի հաշվառման-քննական բաժին, որտեղ Շ. Մակոյանը 160.000 ՀՀ դրամը փոխանցել է Հ. Մամիկոնյանին: Վերջինս էլ հանդիպել է հիշյալ բաժնի տեսուչ Ա. Մկրտչյանին` կաշառքի գումարը նրա օժանդակությամբ նույն բաժնի մեկ այլ պաշտոնատար անձի` տեսուչ Գ. Քոչարյանին տալու նպատակով:

Արդյունքում, չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ գործնական քննության ընթացքում Շ. Մակոյանը չի կատարել հարցաշարում ընդգրկված գործողությունները, վերջինս քննությունն ընդունող տեսուչ Գ. Քոչարյանի կողմից գնահատվել է դրական ու ստացել «B» և «C» կարգերի վարորդական վկայական:

Վերը նշված հանցավոր արարքները կատարելու` կաշառք ստանալու և կաշառք ստանալուն օժանդակելու կասկածանքով ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի կողմից ձերբակալվել են ՃՈ տեսուչներ Ա. Մկրտչյանն ու Գ. Քոչարյանը: Իսկ կաշառքի միջնորդություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է Հ. Մամիկոնյանը:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
