Սպասվող գնաճը հասկանալի չէ տնտեսագետի համար
ECONOMICSՏնտեսագետ, ՀԱԿ անդամ Վահագն Խաչատրյանի տեղեկացմամբ 2018 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից որոշ ապրանքատեսակների թանկացումը պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ ուժի մեջ են մտնելու ԵՏՄ մաքսային դրույքաչափերը։
Գնաճ կլինի նաև այն պատճաով, որ համաշխարհային շուկայում գնալով ավելանում է տնտեսական ակտիվությունը, ինչը նույնպես կարող է դրան նպաստել:
«Երրորդ պատճառն այն է, որ կառավարությունը նախատեսում է տնտեսությունը խթանող քաղաքականություն վարել, որն էլ իր հերթին կբերի գնաճի։ Դա նաև կառավարության ծրագրով է նախատեսվում, և այդ 4.5 տոկոս աճի մեջ կա նաև ինֆլյացիայի որոշակի հանգամանք»,- ասում է տնտեսագետը։
Նրա համար անհասկանալի է, սակայն, թե ինչի են բարձրացվում ակցիզները: Ու թեև այն ներկայացվում է, որպես ԵՏՄ անդամ երկրներում գործող գների համահավասարեցում, սակայն ըստ նրա, դա ընդունելի հիմնավորում չէ։
«Օրինակ գազի գնի հարցում մենք հավասար պայմաններում չենք գտնվում ԵՏՄ մյուս երկրների հետ։ Այն գինը, որը վճարում են մեր քաղաքացիներն ու մեր բիզնեսը, շատ ավելի բարձր է, քան շատ այլ երկրներում»,- ընդգծում է Վ. Խաչատրյանը։
Տնտեսագետի խոսքով, Հայաստանում խտացված գազով է աշխատում ավտոմեքենաների 70 տոկոսը, այդ թվում տաքսիները, հասարակական տրանսպորտը, ու դրա թանկացումը անմիջապես զգալու են հասարակ քաղաքացիները։
«Գազի և բենզինի թանկացումը բերում է նաև էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման, որի արդյունքում բիզնեսը վնաս է կրելու, նրանց մրցակցային առավելությունները նվազելու են, իսկ ակցիզային հարկի բարձրացումը հնարավորություն չի տալու մեր բիզնեսին աշխատել» ասում է տնտեսագետը։
