Քաղհասարակության ներկայացուցիչները՝ կառուցողական դաշտում
SOCIETYԱռաջին անգամ Հայաստանի ամերիկյան համալսարանում քաղաքացիական հասարակության կազմակերպությունների (ՔՀԿ) կարողությունների զարգացման կրթական հավաստագրային ծրագիր է իրականացվում:
Դեկտեմբերի 4-ին, կմեկնարկի ՔՀԿ ներկայացուցիչների առաջին խմբի դասընթացը, որին կմասնակցի 7 մարզի 15 ՔՀԿ ներկայացուցիչ։
Կրթական նոր ծրագիրն իրականացվելու է Եվրամիության կողմից ֆինանսավորող «Կառուցողական երկխոսության հանձնառություն» ծրագրի շրջանակում, որի նպատակը Հայաստանում քաղհասարակության ձայնը հանրային քննարկումների ժամանակ լսելի դարձնելն է։
Կրթական ծրագրի շրջանակներում հանրային քաղաքականությունների մշակման, հանրային բյուջեների ու քաղաքականությունների մշտադիտարկման, կոալիցիաների կառուցման եւ ՔՀԿ-կառավարություն կառուցողական երկխոսության թեմաներով:
Սա հնարավորություն կտա ձեռք բերել նոր ռեսուրսներ, քաղհասարակության փորձագետներին միավորել և խրախուսել տեղական և ազգային քաղաքականությունների օրակարգի ձևավորմանը, հատկորոշել ընդհանուր խնդիրներն ու առաջնահերթությունները, դիմել կառավարությանը և հանդես գալ կառուցողական նախաձեռնություններով։
Ծրագրի շրջանակներում ենթադրամաշնորհներ կտրամադրվեն ՔՀԿ-ներին և ՔՀԿ-ների կոալիցիաներին, որոնք կուղղվեն հանրային քաղաքականությունների զարգացմանն ու կունենան շոշափելի արդյունքներ 9 թիրախային ոլորտում:
